Case Study - Divorce and its conditions

This bachelor thesis centers around divorce issues and its circumstances, which is illustratively demostrated on a real life scenario. For meeting my aims, that is to introduce and characterise divorce as a phenomenon with huge amount of negative social-economical and social-psychological results including causes and mechanisms of divorced family and breakup of marriage, I used a literature that examines this area, followed by comparison of acquired data with a case study. In this thesis, an assumption of negative results of a divorce has been comfirmed, but so has the work of a state to effectively separate a married couple. The benefit of this thesis lies in an opportunity to get acquinted with requisities of a divorced marriage and should the reader be in similar situation when a divorce is imminent or planned for, he can take proper steps by familiarizing with circumstances and results of a divorce.

Legal and economic aspects of the state-owned enterprise in the Czech Republic

In the dissertation the author deals with the legislation of the state-owned enterprise in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is focused on the legislation, economic aspects and historical context of the state-owned enterprise concept. The aim is to thoroughly evaluate the legal and economic aspects of the particular state-owned company. After the basic terms are defined, the dissertation concentrates on the state-owned enterprise Lesy České republiky, s.p. (Forests of the Czech Republic, state-owned enterprise). In its practical part the thesis provides the comparison of Bayerische Staatsforsten AöR (Bavarian State Forests) and Lesy České republiky, s.p. The conclusion deals with the evaluation of the pros and cons of the state-owned enterprise according to effective legislation.

Differences between the Common law and the Continental law and their practical consequences

This Bachelors thesis analyses the differences between the Common law and the Continental law and their practical consequences and let to understand better how this two systems work in general and how crossed between each other in cases. How they could be used in the area of countries, which are under their influence and show to the readers how he or she can use the law in their own favour in practice.
In the theoretical part is described the general definition of law the Common law and Continental law the features, history and development of both systems of law. Examined the role and functions of lawyers, judges and types of juries in each system. Represented the sources of Common law and Continental law. It is contain all necessary information for reader to make understand all questions which can appear.
The practical part consist of Case Study of the Court Proceeding (Great Britain and Czech Republic).
It examined courts and court proceeding in each system .The comparison between them and their lawyers. The results are analyzed and supplemented with comments.
In conclusion of bachelors thesis discussed the whole summary of the work, which results were gotten and added comments and recommendations of author.

Legal protection of land in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the legal protection of land in the Czech Republic. Work is progressing from the initial methodological part through the historical development of legal protection of soil up to the current legal protection. On her then follow interdisciplinary perspectives on issues of protection and land use. Environmental aspects of soil protection mention the prevention in the form of ecological education of children from an early age. The most important aspects of the economic and social impact on Czech society. Mentioned is also soil protection in the EU. The practical part is dedicated to the specific problems of protection and use of land in the Olomouc region, as well as conflicts of interests related to land and barriers to its effective protection.

Importance of local entrepreneurship in the field of sport and culture for regional development

My Bachelor´s thesis tackles the problematics of regional development. In the first chapters of my thesis, there are definitions of terms which are closely linked to the problematics. The chapters include terms such as regional policy, regional development and the development of the country which are mainly aimed at improving the citizens´ quality of life which is tightly connected to the development of social togetherness. Social togetherness enables the growth of social and political stability. In the following chapters you find legislative modification concerning regional policy, the method of community and country development and a detailed analysis of culture and sport as factors affecting the region´s growth. The practical part of my thesis analyses the situation in Ruda nad Moravou, specifically, its swimming area which is very important for the community as well as the region. The aim of my work is the characteristics of the business activities mainly in the sports area, its legal and economic problems and also its regional impact. The method of description and the method of quantitative analysis in the form of questionnaire field study are used in the practical part of the thesis. The aim of the methods is to gain enough information on individual drawbacks and problems linked with both the region and the swimming area mentioned above. A suitable solution will be suggested after detecting the problems. The solution should make the swimming area more profitable which will contribute to the development of the whole region.

The Law on Civil Service and State Administration

The bachelor thesis deals with the complicated evolution of the law from the very beginning, in the form of the Service Act to the final form, which is the Law on Civil Service and its practical implementation at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The concept of state administration, including its divisions and funding is also defined. In the conclusion the strengths and weaknesses of the law and the expected estimated development follow.

Interdisciplinary (legal, economic) aspects of horse breeding in the Czech Republic

Summary
The aim of this work was to elaborate a literary study and evaluate interdisciplinary aspects of horse breeding, mainly aspects legal and economic. In the theoretical part the study deals with the importance of horse breeding. Readers are acquainted with development, domestication and behaviour of horses in the history of making, and in the present time. The part Importance of horses shows the economic, agricultural, sporting, cultural, military and medical significance of horses. The part Legal regulation of horse breeding describes in details circumstances of the origin of unions of horse breeders. The acceptance of laws No. 240/1991 Sb. and No. 154/2000 Sb. has been mentioned as well.
Practical part aims at the evaluation of economic situation of horse breeding and stables to rent in the experimental farm of the Institute of Animal Science in Prague Uhrineves. This study has been based on data obtained from the accountancy and data received from ing. Koblihová, who works in the section of animal production. In the part Actual work data of the four year period are compared. The analysis has been focused on years 2011 to 2014.

The support of small farmers in the Czech Republic and in Federal Republic of Germany

At the beginning of the work is explained the system of agricultural subsidies and after that is analysed status of agriculture in the Czech Republic and Germany. It deals with both livestock and crop production, the situation of farm products on the market, but also a problem of bureaucracy. It is closely associated with agricultural subsidies and with subsidies in general. Without subsidies, however, farmers would not be able to fully cover their costs and would hardly achieve profit. Especially small business find compliance all the conditions for getting grants difficult. Lots of them because of it completely come to end. It is generally talking about favouring large farms, which easily reach the necessary and often unnecessary subsidies. Ministry of Agriculture denies it, the real farmers farming on small plots feel that way. Interviews with them show how they see the situation of small farmers in their countries, Germany and the Czech Republic. Whether the support system in general and their possibilities of market penetration satisfy them or if there are some things that they would like to modify or completely change. Finally, work will evaluate the gathered information, and assess the situation in both countries.
