Souhrn Úkolem práce je zpracovat formou literární studie, zhodnotit mezioborové aspekty chovu koní, zejména právní a ekonomické. V teoretické části se bakalářská práce zabývá významem chovu koní. Čtenáři je zde přiblížen vývoj, domestikace a chování koní v historii lidstva a v současné době. Část Význam koní ukazuje význam ekonomický, hospodářský, sportovní a kulturní, vojenský a také zdravotnický. V části Právní regulace chovu koní jsou podrobněji zpracovány okolnosti vzniku zájmových svazů chovatelů koní. Je zde také zmíněno přijetí zákona č. 240/1991 Sb. a zákona č. 154/2000 Sb. Praktická část je zaměřena na zhodnocení ekonomické situace chovu koní a pronájmu stájových míst v účelovém hospodářství Výzkumného ústavu živočišné výroby, v.v.i., v Praze Uhříněvsi. V práci je vycházeno z poskytnutých údajů z účetnictví a z údajů získaných v úseku živočišné výroby od ing. Koblihové. V části Vlastní práce je povedena komparace v období čtyř let. Analýza je zaměřena na roky 2011 až 2014. Summary The aim of this work was to elaborate a literary study and evaluate interdisciplinary aspects of horse breeding, mainly aspects legal and economic. In the theoretical part the study deals with the importance of horse breeding. Readers are acquainted with development, domestication and behaviour of horses in the history of making, and in the present time. The part Importance of horses shows the economic, agricultural, sporting, cultural, military and medical significance of horses. The part Legal regulation of horse breeding describes in details circumstances of the origin of unions of horse breeders. The acceptance of laws No. 240/1991 Sb. and No. 154/2000 Sb. has been mentioned as well. Practical part aims at the evaluation of economic situation of horse breeding and stables to rent in the experimental farm of the Institute of Animal Science in Prague Uhrineves. This study has been based on data obtained from the accountancy and data received from ing. Koblihová, who works in the section of animal production. In the part Actual work data of the four year period are compared. The analysis has been focused on years 2011 to 2014.
