Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá komplikovaným vývojem zákona od samotného počátku ještě jako zákona služebního až po výslednou podobu, kterou je zákon o státní službě a jeho praktickým zavedením na Ministerstvu školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy. Vymezen je rovněž samotný pojem státní správy včetně jejího dělení a financování. V závěru práce následuje zhodnocení silných a slabých stránek zákona a očekávaný předpokládaný vývoj. The bachelor thesis deals with the complicated evolution of the law from the very beginning, in the form of the Service Act to the final form, which is the Law on Civil Service and its practical implementation at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The concept of state administration, including its divisions and funding is also defined. In the conclusion the strengths and weaknesses of the law and the expected estimated development follow.
