The large family home-working stage lower and upper rough construction

In this thesis is dealt with structurally lower technological phase and superstructure construction of a large family house in Brumov - Bylnice. The work is divided into multiple stages. In the first stage we classify excavationof the foundation pit and foundation trenches. Other stages deal with the casting of reinforced concrete strips and plates, pools walls, one on the 1st floor masonry bearing walls and concreting theceiling. The construction of these parts are processed technological procedures, inspection and test plans, their time complexity, design of appropriate mechanical assemblies and also is taken into account healthand safety in the workplace.

This master’s thesis deals with the constructive-technological project of storage hall. This thesis consists of a comprehensive elaborate project of implementation including the time schedule, financial plans, technology procedure for structural systém. Deals with design of main mechanisms, concept of building site and procedures needed for realization, quality control and test plan, risks of realization and resources.

Multifunctional building - Houbalova - construction technology project

The subject of this thesis is the solution of building technology project poly-functional complex with a focus on execution of construction. Gross building is designed reinforced concrete skeleton combined with masonry. Technology will be developed Code for reinforced concrete monolithic frame and masonry. On the techno-logical stage it will be processed inspection and test plan and the balance of the major sources for the implementation of reinforced concrete structures 1.NP. The thesis is a proposal for construction site, which is complemented by a social facilities and offices. For an overall view of the construction of a multifunctional complex is processed time and financial plan, which will be further elaborated for building construction B. Availability of supply is verified by the design of routes. Like other task will be processed proposal formwork system for con-struction 1.NP Building B.

Reconstruction of multipurpose facility- construction technology project

This thesis handles the construction and technological project of reconstruction of the Multipurpose Facility Construction in the village Slavice. The work is handled by a complete studies realization, including execution time and financial plan. Work also includes technological specification for the main building, inspection and test quality plan and a proposal for major construction machines and mechanisms. It is also a proposal of building equipment, and a plan for securing material resources.

Safety and protection of health on construction sites and protection of third parties during construction is a complex problem. It is affected by contractor’s policy on ensuring thorough abidance to security requirements but, in the first place it is affected by submitters and their irresponsible appreach to protection of life and health of the construction workers. They believe that ensuring safe work enviroment would reset in increased cosi of the construction. This doctoral thesis answers the question how to guarantee safety on construction sites. The main purpose is to show that early detection of risks does not increase the construction costs but ensures safety of workers protection of third parties. Finally, the doctoral thesis provils methodology, which guides the contractor in how to proceed in order to meet the budget, schedule and safety requirements. In regard of the variety of different construction sites and works this docáral thesis focuses explicitly on line constructions.
