My final bachelor work which is called "The portability of competences acquired through volunteering to management practice" is mainly engaged in management competences, influence of volunteering to their enrich and portability from volunteering to management practice. The theoretical part of work explains the basic conceps of the topic, shows a various perspectives on issue. Main part of practical part of work is the questionnaire, which is supposted to find out if management competences are really enrich by volunteering and volunteers are able to portable them to management practice.
Volunteering as a Tool for Cultivating the Human Capital and Corporate Culture

The main subject of this thesis is the evaluation of corporate volunteering in terms of its possible use as an instrument for staff development and improving corporate culture. The first chapters deal with theoretical solutions and the introduction of the concept of corporate social responsibility, corporate volunteering, working with human resources and corporate culture. The work charts the general knowledge of the concept of corporate volunteering among potential employees (students). Determine their interest or lack of interest in engaging in corporate volunteering in the future. The work investigates from managers and employees of companies that are involved in corporate volunteering, its main benefits and disadvantages. The aim is to determine whether corporate volunteering to help employees develop their enterprise or to improve the corporate culture. The work also focuses on finding interest in corporate volunteerism among employees of companies that do not engage the concept.
Strategic management in museum sphere

This bachelor thesis is about strategy in museum sphere. The purpose of theoretical part of this thesis is to give readers an introduction about basic terminology concerning to strategic management. This part acquaints with definition of strategy, determinates with phases of strategic management (form creation to implementation) and also devotes to SWOT-analysis. Theoretical part is ended by chapter about development of strategic management in museum, from the beginning of society to our time and about uninterrupted changes of his functions. The purpose of practical part of this bachelor thesis is to look on application of strategy. With the help of interview and personal watching, in this part will be consider an importance of strategy for museum sphere, difference between two institutions, and what museum entail, when it has strategy or the other way around, when strategy is absent.
Possibilities for Developing Volunteering in Jindřichův Hradec

Diploma thesis is focused on volunteering in social services in Jindrichuv Hradec and potential developments. Work is based on mapping of current situation of volunteering in this region. This ascertained information is used for compilation a concept of project which should facilitate further development of volunteer activities. This work is supported thank author's experience which was gained during several years in volunteering.
The relationship between external and internal audit in banking

The aim of this thesis is to describe the theory of external and internal audit and to familiarize with a practical prespective on cooperation between external and internal auditors in banks. Specifically, the cooperation between external and internal auditors was consulted with one of the biggest banks in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical anc practical part. The theoretical part deals with definitions and bacis principles of external and internal audit. Moreover, auditing standards and code of ethics are presented. The practical part is based on the information about professional experience of auditors and is focused on cooperation between external and internal auditors in banks.
