The Development Plan for Employees in a selected Organization

Work is focused on the development of employees in the selected organization. In the theoretical part is a detailed description of the pearson from the perspective of working life. Worker disposes except education also working ability. On that basis, he meets the requirements of the job. If these requirements are not met the organization provided the opportunity to learn it. In the practical part was conducted the research in the field of personal development on the sample of real estate brokers. The research was focused on staff development in line with the needs of the organization, was conducted through personal interview. Due to evaluation of obtained information was prepared a draft personal development plan for selected employees for 2014. This research confirmed the necessity further education of workers in the company, particularly with regard to their specific focus, because at present time there is no uniform training for the position for broker in the real estate company.
Economic Impact of Drug Addiction

This bachelor thesis deals with drugs issue primarily from view of economic impact to the Czech Republic. It endeavours to quantify of costs or estimate of costs for the anti-drug policy and the medical care for humans who use drugs. It opens the subject of the drug legalization and is trying to describe its possible consequences.
Volunteering as a Preparation of future Managers

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of volunteering as a preparation of future managers. It focuses on the experiences and expertise gained by participating in voluntary activities in AIESEC organization and examines their applicability to management positions. In the first part, there are defined the theoretical basis of the field of management, managerial competencies and volunteering. The second part deals with non-profit organization AIESEC in detail. This is followed by a questionnaire survey, the evaluation and presentation of results. The primary objective of this thesis is to determine whether volunteering in AIESEC can be considered as a managerial practice.
Social Deviance in small Social Group

This thesis is focused on the issue of occurrence of social deviations in a small social group. The methodical part deals with characteristics of the social group, social norms, social deviations and selected forms of deviant behavior. The research is devoted to observing of deviations in the social group. In this part, there is characterized research method, description, environment, analysis of the group and findings of deviations. The result of the thesis is recommendation for the management of the group in order to improve the atmosphere and increase the work efficiency.
The Influence of Volunteering on an Individual's Social Status

The bachelor's thesis entitled "The impact of volunteering to the social status of an individual" is about volunteering in relation to the social status of the individual, which engages in volunteering. The first half of the work represents a theoretical background, in which is explained the issue of social stratification, social status and volunteering. The second half of this work is devoted to the questionnaire survey. The aim of this survey is to find out how the participation in volunteer activities affects the social status of the individual. Specifically, this survey is focused on the views of secondary school students in town Jindřichův Hradec, which never engaged in volunteering.
Relationship Employees to Corporate Volunteering

The main focus of this bachelor thesis it to approach corporate volunteering from the perspective of the employees, who are participating in this activity as a part of their employment. The thesis examines employees attitude and motivation to corporate volunteering. First chapters of the thesis explains theoretical concepts of volunteering, definition of volunteering and its characteristics and types. Then, the concept of corporate social responsibility is explained. The second part of the bachelor thesis focuses on corporate volunteering in practice and introduces Česká spořitelna. The thesis then maps incentives, that leads employees to participate in corporate volunteering. Main focus of the thesis is to find out how the employees of Česká spořitelna in Jindřichův Hradec, cash-handling department, feel about corporate volunteering and how does it effect working staff.
Marketing Communication of Selected Non-profit Institution

The aim of my bachelor thesis is the analysis of marketing communication of a non-profit institution Junák -- český skaut, z. s., specifically its subordinate unit called Junák -- český skaut, středisko Zlatá Růže Jindřichův Hradec, z. s. To achieve the aim I will use some methods, including a survey for inhabitants of Jindřichův Hradec region and personal interviews with a spokeswoman of Junák and also with leaders of the unit Zlatá Růže. My thesis is based on theoretical findings, which are then applied to specific issues and institution. Results of my thesis will be the actual state of marketing communaciton in the institution and suggesting possible improvements.
Using Portfolio Analysis in the Sphere of Tourism

A thesis deals with portfolio models and their applications in tourism. The aim is to evaluate usability of selected models at the level of specific tourist destination -- the town of Liberec. The thesis uses three models for exploration of supporting tourist products of the city (main attractions). These models are taken from the classic business environment and modified them according to specific conditions of chosen destination. Through them it evaluates and recommends partial measures towards destination management of the city. On this basis is conducted a comprehensive evaluation of usability of selected models in real conditions of tourist destination. For this purpose, it uses a uniform criteria and rating scales, which points out the strengths and weaknesses of the portfolio models and choose the best usable model.
Volunteer Management in the 5P Program in Jindřichův Hradec

The thesis deals with volunteering in social services. The aim of the work is to suggest a comprehensive set of managerial activities based on identified good practices, which leads to the improvement of work with volunteers in the program "Pět P" in Jindrichuv Hradec, in the area of recruiting the volunteers, managing their activities, monitoring, evaluation, motivation and public relations. The thesis follows activities of non-profit organizations by virtue of which concentrates on the work of volunteers dealing with handicapped children and juveniles. Using the method of benchmarking investigation seeks to streamline management activities of the organization. The outcome of this work is to create custom draft measure, which is focusing on implementation of new methods related to the increase of volunteers in the program "Pět P" in Jindrichuv Hradec.
Management Style and Efficiency of Work in the selected Workgroup

The thesis deals with the determination and analysis of management style in the selected work-group, employee satisfaction and identifying work efficiency. A partial goal was to divide employees to two groups according to their happiness. The first group included happy employees and the second group included unhappy employees. The next step was to identify the factors of each group that influence satisfaction of the workers the most. The theoretical part contains the theoretical knowledge of psychology and sociology with a focus on the definition of working groups, management styles and work efficiency. The practical part summarizes the author's own research, based on which the author analyzed the style of management, satisfaction of workers, with various aspects of management style and other factors, which to some extent affect their overall satisfaction, overall efficiency and effectiveness of each individual worker. Finally, the overall effectiveness of the selected group was detected.
