Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analýza marketingové komunikace neziskové organizace Junák -- český skaut, z. s., a to konkrétně její podřízené jednotky s názvem Junák -- český skaut, středisko Zlatá Růže Jindřichův Hradec, z. s. Pro dosažení cíle využiji hned několik metodik, mezi které patří dotazníkové šetření pro obyvatele Jindřichohradecka, i osobní rozhovory s tiskovou mluvčí Junáka a vedením střediska Zlatá Růže. Práce vychází z teoretických poznatků, které jsou následně aplikovány na konkrétní problematiku a organizaci. Výsledkem práce bude aktuální stav marketingové komunikace v dané organizaci a návrh možných zlepšení. The aim of my bachelor thesis is the analysis of marketing communication of a non-profit institution Junák -- český skaut, z. s., specifically its subordinate unit called Junák -- český skaut, středisko Zlatá Růže Jindřichův Hradec, z. s. To achieve the aim I will use some methods, including a survey for inhabitants of Jindřichův Hradec region and personal interviews with a spokeswoman of Junák and also with leaders of the unit Zlatá Růže. My thesis is based on theoretical findings, which are then applied to specific issues and institution. Results of my thesis will be the actual state of marketing communaciton in the institution and suggesting possible improvements.
