Dudová, M. Financial affordability of housing in the Czech Republic. Diploma the-sis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2021. The diploma thesis deals with the financial affordability on the Czech housing market. The thesis focuses on the specificity of housing as a commodity, the functioning of the housing market and the housing policy of the state. The thesis also includes an analysis of the housing market and an investigation into the structure, size, and financial demands of this market, which is also related to various forms of housing, possibilities of housing financing or ways of measuring the affordability of housing. Based on the secondary data, the influence of economic, financial and sociodemographic factors was monitored. The result of the thesis is a set of suggested recommendations, which can be used for improvement of the affordability of housing.

Resumé This thesis looks at the issue of "Parental Obligations to Provide Child Support" in the Czech Republic - how the system works now and how it might work in the future. As part of this future look, the thesis examines how this issue is currently being handled in Germany. Current Czech legislation dealing with these obligations of parents to provide for the welfare and well-being of children has been criticized both by experts in the field as well as the general public for being inadequate and insufficiently specific. Due to this lack of specificity, current Czech law compromises the principle of providing legal certainty. This thesis is broken down into three primary areas. In the first part, which is key to all that follows, there is an appraisal and assessment of the current Czech legislation dealing with parental child support obligations. The thesis tries to identify and describe the basic concepts that underlie this legislation and it provides a list of the key laws dealing with these child support obligations, including the criminal sanctions that support the fulfillment and enforcement of these obligations on mothers and fathers. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the work motivation of the work generation Y. The whole thesis is divided into two main parts and these are the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the basic explanation of the concepts of motivation, motivation factors and generation management. The practical part contains the results of the questionnaire survey together with the hypothesis validation and motivation proposal for the Y generation management.
Fundamental analysis of the selected stock

This bachelor thesis analyses the stocks of a selected company which trades on the stock market. The issue of the stock market is very actual in these days as the people trade on the stock exchange every day even if they do not have much information about it. Fundamental characteristics of the topic is analysed together with the methods of operation in the process of its formation. The main goal of this thesis is to analyse the internal value of this stock. The result of the work can be used in the owner´s company or it can be used as a helpful tool for decision making of the future investor because it makes use of the estimation of development of a stock price in the stock exchange.
Competences of workers in the multidisciplinary team on the field of mental health care

Submitted rigorosum thesis occupies with the process of formation of multidisciplinary team and competencies of psychiatric nurses and social workers in the team, which becomes an instrument of care to services dealing with mental illness treatment in the case of transformation of psychiatric care from institutional to sphere of community services. In psychiatrical community-based services as we know them today, multidisciplinatory cooperation should provide more complex and effective help for people with mental illness. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of informative overview, stating the basic terms from fields of mental disorders and community psychiatry and discription of contemporaneous state care about mentally ill and it also brings new information about prepared reforms in area of providing psychiatric services. The empiric part maps the process of putting the multidisciplinary team together in newly established Centre of mental health, which is the new low-threshold pillar of transformation of psychiatric services. Punishment of disqualification and its control

The topic of the diploma thesis is the punishment of the disqualification and its control. The main goal is to analyze the legislation of the punishment in Czech criminal law and its difficulties, describe control of the execution of the punishment and suggest possibilities of improvement of the regulation in this field. The diploma thesis is composed of eleven chapters and firstly focuses on the issue of the punishment of the disqualification and its purpose in general. Third chapter deals with historical development of the punishment, subsequently its legislation in Czech criminal law, including the legislation of the conditions of imposition of the punishment, especially condition of the connection between the crime and banned activity, and the measurement of the punishment. The fifth chapter summarizes decision-making practice of the Czech court since the criminal code no. 40/2009 Sb. came into force, and it is explained especially through statistics. This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of filing an obviously unjustified or even fraudulent insolvency petition, which can subsequently cause a real bankruptcy of the target debtor, damage his creditors and other bankruptcy offenses. The reason for filing such petition can be a desire to take over the financial means or property of target person or to disqualify him in market competition. The objective of this thesis is to evaluate the adjustments of sanctioning the filing of obviously unjustified insolvency petition from both criminal and insolvency law standpoints with respect to the subsidiarity of the legal repression.

The part of research of this bachelor thesis concerns employers in Turnov and its surroundings, who could possibly employ people with mental handicap. The part of research also surveys an approach of corporations to handicapped people.
