Perception of the employer brand by IT graduates of IT field in the Moravian-Silesian Region.

The main goal of this work is to implement the acquired knowledge about the preferences of students and graduates of IT field in the Moravian-Silesian Region for the construction of the Shopsys s.r.o. Employer Brand. In the first part of this work Shopsys s.r.o. will be introduce and their Employer Brand will be analysed too. For this needs will help also questionnaire survey among employees of Shopsys s.r.o. regarding the perceptions of the employer's brand. Subsequently will be carry out questionnaire survey among students and graduates of IT field in the Moravian-Silesian Region aiming to find out what the requirements for their potential employer are. In the third, the final part will be compared the previous two parts. The output will be a suggestion to improve the building of companys Employer Brand.
Recruitment in AutoCont CZ a.s.

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to propose optimization of the recruitment process and the spectrum of used methods in company the AutoCont CZ a.s., working in the field of software development. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The general characteristics of the recruitment process, selection and recruitment are described based on professional literature in the theoretical section. The practical part briefly characterizes the company AutoCont CZ a.s. and analyses the above-mentioned processes. Information for the analysis is obtained from internal documentation and interviews with HR staff and development team leaders. At the conclusion of the practical part, the processes in the company are compared with theoretical knowledge. Based on these findings process optimization is proposed and proposals for changes are presented.
The Analysis of the Personnel Activities in XYZ Company

The thesis looks at the personnel management in XYZ company. The main benefit of this thesis is identification of personnel management problems of this company and proposals for future solutions. The thesis is devided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part, based on proffesional publications, is focused on describing definitions related to the topic and also on describing a nowadays personnel activities in human resource management. Practical part is focused on the issues of the personnel agency XYZ, especially on the analysis of its personnel actvities. Methods used in this thesis are analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the comapny, comparison of theory and application in real business, analysis of intern documentation, semi-structured interview and a survey. Based on this analysis were made some recommendations for improvement of personnel activities and for increase efficiency of the company.
Recruitment in a non-profit organization.

The main objective of this thesis is to create a proposal for improving recruitment campaign for AIESEC Prague based on research. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines necessary terminology. The introduction of the practical part explains the fundamentals and the structure of AIESEC, both from an international perspective and Czech republic perspective. The practical part continues with an evaluation of a survey, which consists of three questionnaires. The evaluation is divided into six individual subchapters. The results of the survey are complemented by a list of other student organisations that are potential competitors. This is followed with evaluation of AIESECs position in the student organisations market in terms of strenghts, weaknesses, potential opportuities and threats. The conclusion summarizes and proposes further improvements to the recruitment proces.
Care for the employees in company XYZ

Bachelor thesis is focused on analysing the care of the employees in a company XYZ. The aim is to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. To achieve the aim is used comparison of theory with practice, the survey, which is supplemented by interviews with employees, HR personnel, SWOT analysis and synthesis. Contribution of the work is finding the recommendations to improve the current system of employees care. The first part defines theoretical concepts related to employee care. These theoretical concepts are used as a basis for the practical part, which describes the current system of employees care at XYZ. At the end results are evaluated and formulated recommendations that could be beneficial to improve employee satisfaction.
Changing role of HR in an international organization

This Master's Thesis deals with a topic of a changing role of HR department in the international organization ABC. The main goal of the thesis was to optimize operations of a local HR organization in relation to its future development. Based on research of specialized literature, the theoretical part provides with a comprehensive overview of what HR system is and describes the role of HR department in an organization with a focus on Ulrich's three-legged model, HR business partner role and HR competencies. A SWOT analysis of Prague HR organization was created based on analysis of process guidelines, systems, semi-structured interviews with representatives of HR teams, questionnaires and observations. Its results led to a proposal of an optimal solution on both internal (within the local HR department) and external (to its internal customers) levels.
Analysis of the performance management in the organisation

The Bachelor Thesis deals with the analysis of the performance management in the company Dum zahranicni spoluprace p.o. The main goal of the Bachelor Thesis is to analyze and evaluate the performance management in the company and to formulate potential suggestions for optimization. The main sources for the system analysis are interviews with employees, internal documents from the company and quantitative questioning of employees using questionnaires. Based on the results, strengths and weaknesses of the system were identified. The performance management in the company can be described as correctly set according to the theoretical findings in comparison with the data from the employee survey.
Europe 2020 strategy and its implementation by the Czech Republic

At the beginning of the Bachelor's Thesis, there is a description of the European union and its history after World War II, phases of the European integration and benefits it brings for the member states. Then the process of how the economic policy of the EU is directed and coordinated with the policy of each individual state. Furthermore, the Europe 2020 strategy, which has goal to create a competitive EU on the global market, is in detail described and five areas are defined: Employment, Poverty, Education, Research and development and Climate change and energy. Analysis itself focuses on the implementation of the national targets using secondary data and future analysis. Results of the analysis shows, that the Czech Republic is successfully fulfilling most of the targets. The recommendation for the private and public sector is to focus on employment of the socially excluded groups, education of the children in early, pre-school stage of life and overall support of young people and graduates. From a long-time point of view, these steps should maximize work potential and increase education of the population.
Personnel marketing

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe implements of personnel marketing and analyse effectivity of its application in internal company practice. Then, based on the identified indicators, provide recommendations for optimizing internal procedures according to personnel marketing. For the formulation of the theoretical part, outputs from the literature research were used. To acquire data to measure the effectiveness, the questionnaire survey was used on a specific group consisting of middle and lower management personnel of the company surveyed.
Employer Branding of IT companies in the Czech Republic

The aim of the master thesis is to identify and evaluate the most appropriate and effective tools to build employer brand both externally and among employees. The theoretical part is focused on a brand theory and a concept of employer branding which, based on the labor market development not only in the Czech Republic, becomes more relevant. The methodology of the thesis consists of an analysis of the relevant scientific literature and an analysis the good practice of two selected technology companies in the Czech Republic that meet defined criteria. In the practical part a questionnaire was conducted in order to explore the perception of the employer brand among the IT public. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to summarizing the theoretical and practical knowledge into a guide that provides important insights for IT start-up companies when building an employer brand.
