Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému řízení pracovního výkonu ve společnosti Dům zahraniční spolupráce p.o. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analýza a zhodnocení systému řízení pracovního výkonu ve společnosti a následná formulace případných návrhů na jeho optimalizaci. Hlavními zdroji analýzy systému jsou rozhovory se zaměstnanci, interní dokumentace a kvantitativní dotazování zaměstnanců prostřednictvím dotazníků. Podle zjištěných výsledků byly identifikovány silné a slabé stránky systému. Na základě komparace teoretických poznatků a principů řízení pracovního výkonu se zjištěnými výsledky, lze souhrnně systém řízení pracovního výkonu ve společnosti označit za správně nastavený. The Bachelor Thesis deals with the analysis of the performance management in the company Dum zahranicni spoluprace p.o. The main goal of the Bachelor Thesis is to analyze and evaluate the performance management in the company and to formulate potential suggestions for optimization. The main sources for the system analysis are interviews with employees, internal documents from the company and quantitative questioning of employees using questionnaires. Based on the results, strengths and weaknesses of the system were identified. The performance management in the company can be described as correctly set according to the theoretical findings in comparison with the data from the employee survey.
