Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu systému péče o zaměstnance ve vybrané společnosti XYZ. Cílem je identifikovat silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. K dosažení cíle je použito porovnání teorie s praxí, dotazníkové šetření, které je doplněno o rozhovory se zaměstnanci a pracovníky HR, dále SWOT analýza a syntéza. Přínosem práce je, na základě zjištěných poznatků, formulovat doporučení ke zlepšení stávajícího systému péče o zaměstnance. V první části jsou vymezeny teoretické pojmy týkající se péče o zaměstnance. Tyto teoretické pojmy jsou využity jako základ pro praktickou část, kde je popsán současný systém péče o zaměstnance ve společnosti XYZ. V závěru jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky a formulována doporučení, která by mohla být přínosem ke zlepšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Bachelor thesis is focused on analysing the care of the employees in a company XYZ. The aim is to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. To achieve the aim is used comparison of theory with practice, the survey, which is supplemented by interviews with employees, HR personnel, SWOT analysis and synthesis. Contribution of the work is finding the recommendations to improve the current system of employees care. The first part defines theoretical concepts related to employee care. These theoretical concepts are used as a basis for the practical part, which describes the current system of employees care at XYZ. At the end results are evaluated and formulated recommendations that could be beneficial to improve employee satisfaction.
