Risk analysis electrically operated machine
Fiala, Václav ; Hubený, František (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This thesis is concerning analysis of risk and solving them with electrically operand machines, specifically by semi-automatic parking apparatus in terms of design and integration of safety-related parts of a control systems. There are requirements for safety equipment according to DIN EN ISO 13849-1 in this thesis.
PLC process control of more tanks based on standard S88
Dizorzi, Matúš ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
Main task of this work is to create a solution to PLC process control of more tanks based on ISA S88 standard. This work will be used as a study material to laboratory exercises during master’s study. First part of this work deals with the ISA S88 standard. The second part deals with analysis of created program from its most basic parts to complete functional tank. Conclusion of this work is to confirm functionality of this program by simulated demo version – visualisation in WinCC.
Data concentrator for data acquisition and wireless modules
Palacký, Tomáš ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Fiedler, Petr (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with design and construction of a system for repote measurement of air quality in buildings. The first section provides a selection and analysis of used hardware and software components: minicomputer Raspberry Pi, STM32F401 microcontroller, communication module XBee-Pro, CO2 sensor and also communication interfaces IC and USART. The next section includes a design of electrical wiring, circuit board, configuration of the wireless modules and a software implementation for microcontroller and the concentrator.
Control software for filtration device Inteq II
Grolig, Ondřej ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Macho, Tomáš (advisor)
Aim of presented bachelor thesis, it was a preparation, implementation and debugging of user application designed for control system of experimental unit INTEQ II. Experimental unit INTEQ II is a technology serving for carrying out laboratory and semi-operational scale testing of catalytic filtration materials. Regarding the interdisciplinary character of thesis, the author threads technological description of experimental unit INTEQ II and also explains the principles of nitrogen oxides (NOx) reduction. Consequently he describes chosen control system and algorithms which served as a specification for user application. In the practical part of thesis, he passes through the source code of the user application and reveals the way he programmed and debugged tasks defined in algorithms. The user application has been implemented, debugged and tested in laboratories of institute of process and environmental engineering at faculty of mechanical engineering at Brno, University of technology. In the chapters on the end the thesis, author presents the results of his effort and comments the changes in the user application that had been done due to restriction of technology itself.
Simulation of production line
Kutík, Jakub ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create a custom application to simulate production lines. The first part explains the main reasons, benefits and current trends in the field of virtual commissioning and describes several simulation tools and engineering tools from Siemens. The second part is devoted to a detailed description of features, capabilities and application interface of the PLCSIM Advanced simulation tool. The third part is devoted to design and realization of the custom simulation application, which can be used for create conveyor lines and validate user PLC program in cooperation with PLCSIM Advanced tool. This simulator was created using Unity3D game engine and C# programming language. In the last part of the thesis, a simple simulation task is created in the simulator and is tested using PLC program and visualization created in the TIA Portal engineering framework.
Distributed control system for PID control in a hydraulic model
Faltus, Ivo ; Šír, Michal (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The work deals with the creation and recovery of hydraulic model needed for filling hot liquid and then cooling it with cold water. The first section contains theoretical information needed to develop and understanding of the project. The second part describes how software and hardware part of the model.
Distributed control system for function of laboratory hydraulic model.
Janda, Tomáš ; Weber, Martin (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
In the first part of this bachelor´s thesis are introduction common information about distributed control systems above all with a view to on their communications systems. The second part is devoted to hardware machines. There is described their functionalist and resulting configuration. The third part describes creation of software for operative PLC and it presents results of system in this period of progression. The next part inform at first about creation of visualization for existend system and afterwards describes its functionality. At the close there are summarized results of realized distributed control system.
Acyclic Profinet Communication between Sinamics Converters and Simatic S7-1200 PLCs
Dostál, Jiří ; Janda, Karel (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This paper deals with acyclic communication of Siemens Simatic S7-1200 PLCs and Sinamics drives on the Profinet industrial bus. Various possibilites of communication of the devices in accordance to the PROFIdrive profile is presented. General Proxy FBs for acyclic read/write of the drive's parameters are implemented. Together with other two FBs, that make use of acyclic communication to read the drive's fault buffer and to adjust an absolute encoder, an application with visualization for a simple positioning and for a demonstration of the Proxy FBs functionality is presented using a demo box.
Control system for assembly and test automatic machine for electronics of car seats
Dočkal, Tomáš ; Zemánek, Pavel (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The thesis deals with definition of safety, traceability systems, creation of PLC programs for testing device control system and creation of Operator panel software. The thesis is divided into the machine specification and description, OP function description including function keys and the description of the control system with samples of the completed PLC program. The PLC program is written in STL and FBD language in STEP7. The conclusion describes functionality of the device.
Digital controller for heating a press for molding plywood based on Simatic S7-1500, TIA Portal V12
Lesák, Michal ; Zemánek, Pavel (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with design of digital controller for heating press for molding plywood. The theoretical part is based on the scientific literature defines terms concerning hardware and software, which will use it for the controller design. The practical part, which will be made in the bachelor thesis, includes a controller design, which is performed by Totally Integrated Automation Portal from Siemens. Another, more work is engaged, the display and control with Basic panel of the second generation. The resulting controller will then be forwarded to the company Dieffenbacher as a function block, which can be put into practice.
