Hlavnou úlohou tejto práce je vytvorenie riešenia úlohy PLC riadenia výroby vo viacerých nádrží na bázy štandardu ISA S88. Táto práca bude ďalej využitá ako výukový materiál v laboratórnej úlohe počas magisterského štúdia. Prvá časť práce sa zaoberá rozborom štandardu ISA S88. Druhá časť práce je venovaná rozboru vytvoreného programu od jeho najmenších častí až po kompletnú funkčnú nádrž. Záverom práce je overenie funkčnosti riadenia procesu simulovanou demo verziou – vizualizáciou vo WinCC. Main task of this work is to create a solution to PLC process control of more tanks based on ISA S88 standard. This work will be used as a study material to laboratory exercises during master’s study. First part of this work deals with the ISA S88 standard. The second part deals with analysis of created program from its most basic parts to complete functional tank. Conclusion of this work is to confirm functionality of this program by simulated demo version – visualisation in WinCC.
