The Family house with an establishment

This bachelor's thesis solves the project documentation development of the family house with parlor. The object has the ground floor, the first floor and the residential attic. In the house is the establishment for performance of hairdressing business. The house is designed of the brick blocks and covered in gabled roof with the sunroof and three dormers. The house is designed for the family of four.

Impact analysis of renovation on the normal price of single-family houses in Hodslavice

The aim of the diploma thesis is to assess to what extent does an reconstruction of houses affect the usual price. The theoretical part is focused on the basic therms and description of used methods in valuing of family hauses and the practical part deals with creating of database from bid prices of comparable objects and then by calculation the direct comparison of the market price of family houses. Further tasks are to find the cost price in accordance with the valid valuation regulation and also to find the comparative price in accordance with current pricing regulation. In the conclusion of the diploma thesis there is a comparison of prices according to the used valuation method.

The European enforcement order and the European payment order

Resumé EUROPEAN ENFORCEMENT ODER AND EUROPEAN PAYMENT ORDER For my master thesis I chose the topic, the European enforcement order and the European payment order, which is mainly focused on two regulations : the Regulation (EC) No 805/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 April 2004 creating a European Enforcement Order for uncontested claims (thereafter only as a "REEO") and the Regulation (EC)No 1896/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 creating a European order for payment procedure (thereafter only as a "REPO). The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is Introduction. The second part named the General Part deals with general topics which have a certain relationship with the questions of the thesis. Firstly, I am writing about the enforcement order and the payment order in general. Then, I am writing about the enforcement order and how it has been regulated in a few European member states. The General part also describes main aspects of private international law and European private international law. The component of the General part is also the historical development of the European law. Business Share in a Limited Liability Company as a Subject-Matter of Legal Relations

In my dissertation I analyse the issue of the transfer of a share in a limited liability company which is one of the most common legal dispositions with the share. The work is based on the new legal regulation of private law which will come into effect on 1 January 2014 but at the same time it compares the existing and new legislation. Besides the applicable law, the work examines the legal literature, periodicals, as well as the case law of the Czech courts. The main contribution of this work is to provide a possible future interpretation of some institutes associated with the transfer of a share as well as to point out the changes that the new legislation will bring. The work is divided into five chapters whereas each of the chapters focuses on the specific issue of the share transfer. The first chapter defines the share in a limited liability company and introduces it as an eligible subject-matter of the legal relations. The second chapter deals with the various modes of the transfer of a share and certain preconditions of the transfer of a share such as the consents with the transfer and the necessary respect of the duty of loyal behaviour of the company's members. Influence of rutin on experimental myocard injury.

Abstact Rutin is a flavonol glycoside appearing in many kinds of plants, vegetable and fruits. There are numerous biological activities attached to it, such as antioxidant properties, hypertension treatment, anti-inflammatory effect, antihaemorrhagic activity, strengthening of capillaries, ability to regulate a capillary permeability and stabilization of blood platelets as well. Other qualities characteristic for rutin are antibacterial, antiviral and antiallergenic properties, antiprotozoal activities and anticarcinogenic effects. In recent years, the biological activity of rutin is the matter of many studies. The main objective of this thesis is to review an influence of rutin on experimental myocardium damage with usage of isoprenalin model of myocardium damage, which is causing morphological and biochemical changes of certain parameters. These changes can be compared to the myocardial infarction. Rutin was chosen to be a potentially cardio preventive substance and it was applied intravenously 5 minutes before an isoprenalin application. On experimented animals a plasma concentration of cardiac troponin T and histology images of the heart were judged.
