The subject of this thesis is non-criminal competence of the public prosecutor's office. The purpose of my thesis is to describe the fields of non-criminal competence of the public prosecutor's office, especially the participation and the status in civil proceedings. Further, this thesis concentrates on supervisory competence of the public prosecutor's office within the administration of non-criminal agenda.

The topic of this thesis is selected characteristics of persons engaged in sadomasochistic activities. The content of the theoretical part is the definition of sadomasochistic activities and an overview of contemporary knowledge about this topic. Research is focused on three areas - personality characteristics, satisfaction and potentially associated negative phenomena. Innovative part of this research is the way of identifying the groups. There are not only persons who are engaged in sadomasochistic activities and persons who aren't. But also persons who are engaged in this activity because of their sadomasochistic sexual variation and persons who are engaged in this activity without sadomasochistic sexual variation. The results of this thesis are the basis for further, more detailed research on this topic. Keywords: sadism, masochism, sadomasochism, consensual sadomasochism, BDSM, sexual deviation

Závěrečná zpráva o plnění projektu MŽP/340/1/31/GMO/06 o zabezpečení laboratorní detekce geneticky modifikovaných organismů používaných pro výrobu potravin a krmiv
Státní zdravotní ústav‚ Centrum hygieny potravinových řetězců v Brně‚ Laboratoř molekulárně biologických metod, Brno ; Řezníčková, Zdeňka ; Kýrová, Veronika ; Ostrý, Vladimír ; Ruprich, Jiří
Cílem projektu bylo operativní stanovení přítomnosti GMO v dodaných vzorcích, uchování referenčních vzorků pro laboratorní detekci a stanovení GMO, které mohou být využity pro výrobu potravin a krmiv, vypracování metodiky detekce vybraných GM brambor, přehled metod pro průkaz a stanovení GMO a GM produktů ve smluvních laboratořích MŽP ČR zahrnutých do sítě ENGL v ČR (SZÚ-CHPŘ, VŠCHT, VÚRV), zpracování přehledu referenčních vzorků uchovávaných na uvedených pracovištích a spolupráce s Joint Research Centre EC, plnění úkolů v rámci evropské sítě detekčních laboratoří GMO "ENGL".
