Předmětem této rigorózní práce je netrestní působnost státního zastupitelství. Záměrem této práce je popsat jednotlivé oblasti netrestní působnosti státního zastupitelství se zaměřením na účast a postavení státního zastupitelství v civilním řízení. Rovněž jsou popsána i dozorová a dohledová oprávnění státního zastupitelství v rámci výkonu netrestní agendy. The subject of this thesis is non-criminal competence of the public prosecutor's office. The purpose of my thesis is to describe the fields of non-criminal competence of the public prosecutor's office, especially the participation and the status in civil proceedings. Further, this thesis concentrates on supervisory competence of the public prosecutor's office within the administration of non-criminal agenda.
