Wall crane
Kopecký, Libor ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with constructional design of wall crane. The aim of this thesis is to perform inspecting calculation according to actual standards and to create drawing documentation for loading capacity 600 kg and unloading 3750 mm according to assignment. Another part of thesis is to perform appropriate choice of pulley block according to important parameters.
Mast crane for ships handling
Jandáček, Jaroslav ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is aimed on construction design of jib crane for ships handling. Crane with capacity of load 1 000 kg is placed on concrete pier in shipyard, it has electrical hoist and swivel mechanism, lift height from water level is 6 000 mm. This is a design calculation of each part of the crane and control strength calculations. The aim of this project is the concept designed solutions and functional calculation of the whole device. An integral part of the thesis is drawing documentation.
Wall crane
Gavenda, Jiří ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a construction proposal of wall revolving crane. The aim is to suggest main load-bearing constructions. It describes its suggestion including processing of important strength calculations. A proposed crane enables rotation, unloading arm 2 500 mm of maximum weight 1 000 kg. The work also talks about a suitable block and tackle and includes introductory research part of the present topic, choice of different conceptions. An important part of the thesis is its drawing documentation.
Powertrain design of a four-cylinder aircraft engine
Příborský, Vladimír ; Novotný, Pavel (referee) ; Píštěk, Václav (advisor)
This thesis named Powertrain of an four-cylinder aircraft engine dealing with configuration of the powertrain of a flat four-cylinder engine with ordered basic parameters. The thesis is focused on configuration design of the crank machanism and sequence ignition, balancing of centrifugal and reciprocating forces and their moment, conceptual design of crankshaft and its stress calculation. The thesis describing calculation of torsional vibration as well.
Differential tackle
Mikunda, Luboš ; Jonák, Martin (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The work deals with the differential tackle for 900 kg capacity and 9.5 m lift Includes selection of parts fixed and free blocks, option chains, pulleys and other functional parts. Further stress analysis of pins sprockets, side panels and hook the free blocks, drawing-based assembly and important detailů.Práce calculation includes the assessment of self-locking limit.
The use of waste heat cogeneration units for steam and heating
Jež, Dalibor ; Skála, Zdeněk (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with design of technological system for heating and process steam generation. The source of energy is a cogeneration unit. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part is design of technological system and description. The second part is realized stoichiometric calculation and the thermal balance of steam boiler. The main part of thesis is design of the waste heat steam boiler. The thermal calculation, aerodynamic calculation, hydraulic calculation and strength calculation were made. The thesis also includes the drawing of designed waste heat steam boiler.
Steam Turbine 300 MW
Veleba, Lukáš ; Kubiš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Fiedler, Jan (advisor)
The Diploma thesis named Steam Turbine 300 MW contains the proposal of the Turboset for the steam section of the gas-steam cycle. There is a calculation of the thermal cycle, and a thermodynamic calculation of the combined high pressure - as well as intermediate pressure and low pressure parts. Strength calculation of particular parts and a check of the critical turbine speed follow on from this. This thesis includes a drawing of the cross-section of HP-IP and partial operations. My thesis has been commissioned by Doosan Škoda Power.
Modification of the overhead crane laboratory model
Begáň, Matej ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Pokorný, Prokop (advisor)
The aim of my bachelor thesis is to design the laboratory model of the bridge crane trolley. Which means the thesis has to be done in several parts and is therefore divided into a written and practical section. First part deals and survey industrial solution. Next parts, these are already part of the practical section, are focused on the design of the laboratory model of the bridge crane trolley, the economic analysis of my proposal and the whole thesis is completed by set on selected drawings of components.
Crane trolley 32 t
Knapec, Tomáš ; Nezbeda, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This master’s thesis is the design development of crane trolley, which is used to manipulate with scrap material. The target of this thesis is to develop a technical report including calculations of running and lifting gear, strength calculation of frame of trolley and drawings containing assembly of crane trolley and assemblies of running and lifting gear. Desired parameters of this trolley are maximum load capacity 32 000 kg, lifting height of 11 m, working lifting speed up to 10 m/min and working running speed up to 50 m/min.
Scrap crane cat - rotating part
Begáň, Matej ; Basista, Filip (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with a design of a rotating part of a crane trolley of a scrap crane with a load capacity of 110,000 kg, which is situated in an exterior environment. The aim of the diploma thesis is a design and calculation verified design of the lifting mechanism, rotation mechanism and the design of a spacious traverse, which is used for the manipulation of the scrap trough and casting ladle.
