Development of a Small Family Business

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe a development of a small family business, a brewery located in Sušany, which will distribute beer to surrounding villages and towns in districts of Poltár, Rimavská Sobota and Lučenec. The thesis is divided into three parts. First, theoretical part, includes definition of terms that relate to business. Present condition, surroundings of an enterprise and its opportunities are described in second, analytical part. Finally, we put forward a detailed proposition of how the brewery should work, expand and make profit.

Marketing strategy proposal of a newly established brewery

The diploma thesis focuses on marketing strategy. Its main goal is to propose a suitable marketing strategy for the emerging gypsy brewery, which will respect the internal and external environment of the brewery, and at the same time, contribute to the fulfillment of the goals and vision of the brewery. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part contains the theoretical framework in the field of marketing. The second part is the analysis of the current state, in which the macro-environment and the micro-environment of the brewery are analyzed. Within this part, research focused on customer behavior is also done. The third and last part is solution proposals. In this part, the marketing strategy is proposed, and thus the fulfillment of the main goal of the diploma thesis is attained.

Datové zdroje hodnocení land use v Česku

Datové zdroje hodnocení land use v Česku Abstrakt Cílem této práce bylo navrhnout a vytvořit nástroj pro záznam chyb v mapách land use a land cover. Byla vyvinuta online interaktivní mapová aplikace, která má dva módy. První mód je určen pro vkládání polygonů, které reprezentují chyby v mapě. Druhý mód umožňuje uživatelům hlasovat o validnosti všech polygonů a vyjadřovat tím souhlas nebo nesouhlas s polohovou a tematickou správností polygonu. Uživatelům je také umožněno stahovat jednotlivé polygony ve formátu KML. Hlasování je určeno k ulehčení práce správci aplikace, jedná se o modifikovaný reputační systém, který je používán v dnešním dynamickém webu 2.0. V práci jsou stručně popsány vybrané datové zdroje land use a land cover. Jedná se o Corine land cover, GlobCover, Urban Atlas a katastrální mapu České republiky. Do aplikace byla pomocí WMS přidána překryvná vrstva katastrálních map. Aplikace byla vytvořena pomocí Google Maps API (Application programming interface), které bylo společně s konkurenčními API popsáno. Aplikace byla vytvořena pomocí skriptovacích jazyků PHP a JavaScript a databázového systému MySQL. Výsledky práce shrnují funkčnost aplikace a poukazují na některé problémy, se kterými se webový vývojář může potýkat. Klíčová slova: webová aplikace, crowdsourcing, land use, land cover,...
