Design of mechanical, electrical construction and software equipment of autonomous cell "Ice crusher" for Industry 4.0 testbed.
Horák, Lukáš ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is design and construction of an autonomous cell on a production line with the purpose of being an „ice crusher“. The purpose of this cell is to be part of a Testbed. The cell will be controlled using a HMI touch panel and PLC 1200. Information about how much ice the cell should pour into a glass is stored in an NFC chip on the bottom of the glass. The first part of the thesis comprises of brief introduction to Industry 4.0 alongside with description of the default and current state of Industry 4.0 testbed. Another part describes mechanical and electrical design of the cell. Last part of the cell describes software of the cell alongside with description of testing and installing the cell to the testbed.
Design of mechanical, electrical construction and software equipment of autonomous cell "shaker" for Industry 4.0 testbed.
Karniš, Radim ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to design and build an autonomous cell called Shaker, which is a part of automatic bartender smart factory. The cell executes one action in the life of the product passing through a production line, namely the shaking of a beverage. All the steps in the process of design and implementation of the cell follow current trends of the fourth industrial revolution, which is the very cause of creation of the bartender. This thesis involves a complete description of the design, construction and documentation process of this device.
Design and implementation of control applications capable to connect laboratory MES system
Dušek, Jakub ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to understand the ISA-95 standard and the manufacturing executing system (MES) based on this standard. Control application of discrete manufacturing controlling for PLC is then created and applied on a school device model. The thesis explains the ISA-95 standard and its influence on MES. The division and functions of MES according to ISA-95 are further described and explained. The theoretical part, the application of discrete manufacturing controlling for PLC is implemented on a drill model, simulating a segment of drilling. Structure of the software has been implemented in a way to correspond to the requirements given by MES and to be easily built upon.
Automatic tester for quality control
Vítek, Radim ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
The thesis deals with design and construction of device for automatic product inspection. Thesis describes methods for testing products during manufacture. Thesis describes their main advantages and disadvantages. The main part of this thesis is design of testing device. There is described method of designing this device. It describes design of software and hardware.
Simulation of production line
Kutík, Jakub ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create a custom application to simulate production lines. The first part explains the main reasons, benefits and current trends in the field of virtual commissioning and describes several simulation tools and engineering tools from Siemens. The second part is devoted to a detailed description of features, capabilities and application interface of the PLCSIM Advanced simulation tool. The third part is devoted to design and realization of the custom simulation application, which can be used for create conveyor lines and validate user PLC program in cooperation with PLCSIM Advanced tool. This simulator was created using Unity3D game engine and C# programming language. In the last part of the thesis, a simple simulation task is created in the simulator and is tested using PLC program and visualization created in the TIA Portal engineering framework.
Design of mechanical, electrical construction and software equipment of smart warehouse for Industry 4.0 testbed.
Rejchlík, Lukáš ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
This thesis deals with design, construction and software of intelligent warehouse for testbed Industry 4.0. The first part is dedicated to the issue of warehousing, storage, Industry 4.0 and the description of the testbed Barman. The second part deals with the development of the cell storage. Firstly, there is a description of the design and construction of the cell, followed by a description of the sensors and control equipment used. The following part deals with the software of the cell and finally the goals of the thesis are evaluated.
Implementation of the Laboratory Model for Demonstration of the Simple Technological Process Control
Pacal, Stanislav ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
The subject of this semestral thesis is to design and implement a platform for simulation of simple technological processes and the design of a sample laboratory task. The aim of the following bachelor thesis is realization of a sample laboratory task for demonstration of controlling simple technological processes. The resulting platform should be equipped with analog circuits with adjustable parameters simulating various dynamics. It can be connected to PLC inputs and outputs.
Model simulation using SIMIT
Váňa, Dominik ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is focused on simulating a technological proces. The teorethical part of the text deals with the simulation tools available on the market. Special attention is paid to SIMIT tool, which is a complex solution for simulating processes. The thesis describes the basic control and the procedure of creation in this tool. The theoretical analysis presents the possibilities of its extension with additional libraries. It contains a brief description about these libraries, which provide much more simulation options. SIMIT is a virtual commissioning tool, a process design approach that is used to simulate a virtual factory model, test it, and debug it before it is deployed. This is a cost-effective and timesaving approach. In the practical part of the thesis two simulators were created with the SIMT tool, each of which simulates an excercise from the subject „Programmable logigs controllers“ (BPGA). The thesis presents model schemes of simulated processes that replace the real physical model. The results of the work are the created simulators, descriptions of their operation and valuation of their features and the properties of the SIMT program itself.
Control of inteligent hause
Šála, David ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with control of intelligent house especially from the perspectives of heating, control of the lights and blinds and finally the security system. It focuses on the choice of appropriate hardware and it is description including the chosen platform UniPi Neuron. The middle part of this thesis focuses on the identification of the object, the determination of the corresponding equithermal curves, and the design of heating and boilers regulators. The Matlab / Simulink program was used to demonstrate the functionality of the zone controller for the selected room. The last chapter of this thesis focuses on the description of the Mervis IDE development environment and program created in this. Part of this, is also a demonstration of visualization (HMI), cloud database and the remotely access for the control and management of an intelligent house.
