This master thesis deals with design of compression part of Braysson engine which is instrumental to energy producing. The first part addresses generally the problem of Braysson cycle and briefly sums the knowledge about compressors. The next part focuses on the projection of design itself. It contains proposals of various possibilities of solutions, choice of optimal variants. Individual parts of the machine are described and design and control computations are provided. The final part contains evaluation.
Heating air generator

This thesis focuses on design of device to generate hot air. This generator is supposed to be used to perform thermal tests for a company. Introduction summarizes general knowledge about ventilators, heat transport in air flow, and pressure losses. Main part of the thesis describes development of the generator. Initial design was followed by selection of suitable solution variants, design of major parts of the generator supported by calculations and overall conception of the generator. Final part summarizes the achievements and economic analysis.
Elastohydrodynamic lubrication of elliptical contacts

Principal intention of this thesis is comparation of given equations for minimal and central thickness of elastohydrodynamical lubricant film at elliptical contact between smooth rubbing faces in regular isothermal conditions. Thereinafter, possible approaches to assessment of thickness of lubricant film and verification of their validity via experiment are trashed out.
