Bachelor thesis project addresses the single-family house with a business background. The building has two floors, partial basement and second floor above ground is designed as an attic. The supporting elements of the structure are designed with brick system POROTHERM. External walls in the basement are formed shuttering blocks BTB. The roof of the family house with a business background is gabled roofs with tiles of shuttering BRAMAC Nature. The project focuses on design documentation and detailed elaboration of details. The project also includes technical reports, hygrothermal assessment, fire safety design and technical design of the building.

Residential House

It is about new- built family house, which is standing alone on edge of the village Troubsko u Brna. The building´s height and architecturally are designed to fulfill requirements of surrounding buildings. The building has a basement smaller than the house itself and it has residential attic. The basement serves as a garage for two cars. The rest of the house is conceived as a single-family house, for one family of for people (two parents, two kids). Construction system is made by brick block of Porotherm, including the ceiling construction. The house has a gable roof which is designed as a roof without purlin system. As covering of the roof serves roof clay tiles.

Abstract The bachelor thesis deals with creation of detached house plan in village Hovězí. The building is located in sloping terrain. Its shape is rectangular and the front door is oriented to north-west. The detached house has two floors. Its vertical structural construction is made up by formwork system Velox, the material of slab is reinforced concrete and attic is created by plasterboard dropped ceiling. The roof is wooden, gable and its slope is 40°.

Goal of this bachelor thesis is drawing and elaborate projectional documentation of detached house. This subject is placed at sloped building estate number 95/19 in township Jistebnik, cadastral area of Jistebnik [661236], cadastral area of Novy Jicin. Detached house has aproximately rectangular shape with extent of 13,7 x 16,25 m. Project documentation solves two storey cellarless building with onecasing roof. In the first residential floor is placed vestibule, garage for two automobiles, utility room, connective hallway, stairs space, guest room, bathroom, toilet and living room with open space kitchen. Second floor is relaxational part of the building, it is consisted of connective hallway, two playrooms, toilet with bathroom, parent changing and bedroom. Vertical and support construction comprises the shuttering Velox system.

The thesis solves a project documentation of family house with bookshop in Brno. The object is designed as a three-floor with partial basement and garage. Family house is rectangular in shape, staffed by sloping terrain. In basement is situated technical room and cellars. The first floor is used for operating purposes. Here is located bookshop with facilities for employees and garage. Acces road to the bookshop and sales area indoors are designed for disabled person. In other floors are two independent flats for family of four to five. Object includes terrace and balconies. Object is covered by a gable roof. Architectural and proportional design of the building fits into surrounding development.

Project addressed the free-storey family house with a hairdresserś in Vyškov. The building has a partial basement and is sitting by slightly sloping terrain. In basement is situated stores, boiler room and wine cellar. The first floor is used for operational purposes. There are three premises located: manicure, hairdresserś and massage. On the first floor of the building follows the garage for two cars. In the second and third floor are two apartments.

Detached house, Zábřeh

In my thesis I address the proposal family house on the level of documentation for construction. The building is located on former agricultural land in the outskirts of Zábeh. The site consists of T-shape with 2 storeys, attic and basement is not. Built-up area is 135.12 m. The supporting structure is made of bricks. Ventilated facade from the outside is lined with slate belts and wood paneling. These two tiles are separated by a massive stone cornice. The proposal takes into account the internal disposition requirements for ample storage space and further requirements that would use during construction could occur in the future, particularly in the setting up of additional residential rooms. House is designed to meet the requirements of home users, but also the requirements of the standard.

In the thesis is solved newly built freestanding house for dwelling and business. The building will be located in the village Moravské Buděovice, Zahradní street, parcel number 1726/11, Třebíč district. House has two floors with a partial basement. Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outline of the house are 22.0x20.10m. Ridge height is 8.34m. House is based on the footings of plain concrete C20/25. The base is made of concrete slab kari network 150x150x6. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is reinforced concrete. The shed roof is made of concrete roofing tiles. The roof above the garage is flat – green. The roof above the libraly and doorway is flat with a coating covering.

The aim of the Bachelor´s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for new detached house in Vsetin. The house has two floors. The shape of the house is rectangular. The house is suitable for housing 4 persons. It is partly sunk into the ground. It is designed from formwork. The roof is designed above the main part of the building as the awnings, whose structure consists of trusses. Over part of the property where there is a living room with a kitchen, a gabled roof.
