V bakalářské práci je řešena novostavba samostatně stojícího rodinného domu s podnikatelským zázemím. Objekt se bude nacházet v obci Moravské Budějovice, Zahradní ulice, parcela číslo 1726/11, okres Třebíč. Rodinný dům je dvoupodlažní s částečným podsklepením. Rozměry v maximálním opsaném obrysu domu jsou 22.0x20.10m. Výška hřebene je 8.34m. Dům je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu C20/25. Podkladní betonová deska je vyztužena kari sítí 150x150x6. Objekt je navržen ze systému Porotherm. Schodiště je železobetonové. Pultová střecha je vyrobena z betonových tašek. Střecha nad garáží je plochá - zelená. Střecha nad knihovnou a zádveřím je plochá s povlakovou krytinou. In the thesis is solved newly built freestanding house for dwelling and business. The building will be located in the village Moravské Buděovice, Zahradní street, parcel number 1726/11, Třebíč district. House has two floors with a partial basement. Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outline of the house are 22.0x20.10m. Ridge height is 8.34m. House is based on the footings of plain concrete C20/25. The base is made of concrete slab kari network 150x150x6. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is reinforced concrete. The shed roof is made of concrete roofing tiles. The roof above the garage is flat – green. The roof above the libraly and doorway is flat with a coating covering.
