Bakalářská práce řeší projekt jednogeneračního rodinného domu s podnikatelským zázemím. Objekt je dvoupodlažní, částečně podsklepený a druhé nadzemní patro je řešeno jako obytné podkroví. Nosné prvky konstrukce jsou navrženy z cihlového systému POROTHERM. Obvodové stěny v podzemním podlaží jsou tvořeny bednícími tvárnicemi BTB. Střecha nad objektem rodinného domu s podnikatelským zázemím je sedlová s krytinou z bednících tašek BRAMAC NATURA. Projekt je zaměřen na projekční dokumentaci a podrobné zpracování jednotlivých detailů. Projekt dále obsahuje technický zprávy, tepelně vlhkostní posouzení, požárně bezpečnostní řešení a technické řešení stavby. Bachelor thesis project addresses the single-family house with a business background. The building has two floors, partial basement and second floor above ground is designed as an attic. The supporting elements of the structure are designed with brick system POROTHERM. External walls in the basement are formed shuttering blocks BTB. The roof of the family house with a business background is gabled roofs with tiles of shuttering BRAMAC Nature. The project focuses on design documentation and detailed elaboration of details. The project also includes technical reports, hygrothermal assessment, fire safety design and technical design of the building.
