Attractive employers

This work summarizes to readers activities and issues of attractive employers, who try to be the best emloyer and lure new employees and to make the existing emloyees stable. On these pages I sum up the results, mostly of Czech studies about what makes employers attractive. There are many criteria how to assess this part of companies. The most frequent, is assessment on the basis of their personnel relations. The studies acknowledge a point of view of employees, human resources specialists, leaders, students and the general public. The essay is descriptive text, which characterizes the companies who try to be the best place to work for, offer a richer working environment, more interesting or extraordinary benefits and they pursue every possible way before deciding to let high-quality people go. An employee needs to know the goals of the company, what should they focus on or what the company expects of them and how will the emloyees participace in reaching this goal. It is very important, what do the employees gain from it. The employees watch the activity, behaviour and the results of their employers. The impact of the economic recession on the field of human resources management in organizations

This diploma summarizes to readers the essential causes of orgin of economic recession in these days (2007 - 2009), its form and run in the Czech Republic and its impacts in business area. The main part of my thesis deals with the impact of the economic recession (crisis) on human resources management and development of human capital. I pursue mainly the topic of change of personnel activities in companies, change of the role of human resources managers, associates and leading managers, which are the substantial part of HR management and development of the people. This work describes the topic of economic recession from the unique view of HR department or leading managers. Economic issues of the company present problems even for all activities within human resources management. The shortage of money restrains dramatically all possibilities of the firm in this area. In times of economic crisis the companies make decisions about layoffs, cutting of many personnel activities regarding employee's care and services, cutting of the benefits and about the change of rewarding system ect.. This situation is usually followed by strong emotions, stress, frustration and no-confidence. The determinagion of the profit or loss

This thesis deals with the way to identify profit or loss in accordance with Czech accounting legislation and in accordance with IAS/IFRS. It defines the basic elements of the income statement, the criteria for their recognition, basic principles and rules applied in detection income. It focuses on the processes and activities to determine results and the form of the profit and loss account. It quantifies the main differences between Czech accounting legislation and IAS/IFRS.
The analysis of activities and advantages of micro-regions "The group of municipalities of the river Desná valley" and "Jesenicko Micro-region" for the involved municipalities

The thesis is focused on the possibilities of municipal cooperation in the Czech Republic, specifically on voluntary groups of municipalities. The aim is to analyse their activities and the advantages they bring to the involved municipalities. In the theoretical part, the various possibilities of municipal cooperation are generally outlined. Further, some important terms and aspects of regional development and municipal cooperation are explained, including the most important preconditions for such cooperation. In the practical part two examples of municipal cooperation are shown - The group of municipalities of the river Desná valley and Jesenicko Micro-region. Basic information about those subjects, their formation and activities including their most important projects can be found in here. The last two chapters deal with comparison of both micro-regions, especially in the fields of fundraising and management. They include also the results of the structured interviews with some of the representatives of involved municipalities and the data gained from a survey carried out among the citizens of some of those municipalities.
Analyse of the management of the allowance organization Elementary school and nursery school Majetín through the years 2007 - 2009

The bachelor's thesis deals with the accounting and management of allowance organizations. In the first part are generally defined non-profit organizations. The next part is focused on allowance organizations, their characteristics, way of funding and management, by-line activities, gross profit and funds. In the conclusion of the second part are described the biggest changes in the accounting since January 2010. The final practical part is dedicated to the concrete allowance organization Elementary school and nursery school Majetín and its management through the years 2007 -- 2009.
