Prison with general security regime - high security department

The thesis aims to describe and analyze the process of professional treatment with emphasis on reducing criminogenic risks with convicted men placed into guarded prisons in section with a high level of security. Convicted criminals show diverse degrees of riskiness and different structures of criminogenic factors. In order for the Prison Service of Czech Republic to work with them effectively, it needs to know their criminological profile. For this stated purpose, it analyzes relevant anamnestic and special pedagogical data. The content of the treatment program is then determined based on their evaluation, which takes into account the variation of pedagogical, socio-legal and psychological approaches and methods, in regards to particular identified high-risk criminogenic factors and needs. The own research of the study, which forms the core of the practical/empiric part of the thesis, consists of the analysis of the self-reported assessed risk factors and subjectively percieved reactivity (alternatively analogous therapeutic responsiveness) and appropriate penitentiary-pedagogical interconnection of available treatment program activities. Net position of employee and self-employed person towards public budgets

This master thesis is focused on the analysis of payment responsibilities and entitlements resulting from these responsibilities to benefits for employees and self-employed persons in the long term period. The main aim of this thesis is to determine the overall net position of a model employee and self-employed person towards public budgets. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical one. In the theoretical part there are analyzed tax burden of model subjects and their benefits arising from participation in the subsystems of the social security. In the beginning of the practical part there are determined assumptions of the model. Based on the assumptions a comparison of tax burden and received benefits of model subjects has been made and consequently the net position of the model subjects in the researched subsystem has been calculated. The last subchapter of practical part summarizes the total net position of model employee and self-employed person towards public budgets.
Administrative costs of the public procurement for selected municipalities

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse and specify the administrative costs of public procurements among the self-government units. This paper is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the first chapter of this publication are characterized the important terms of public procurement, the second chapter is focused on the characteristics of lower self-government units and the last theoretical part deals with transaction costs. The practical part use the knowledge of the theoretical part to the analysis of administrative costs by selected subjects per year 2013. At the end of this thesis are provided recommendations to simplify and improve efficiency of public procurements.
