Aplikace prvků agilních metod projektového řízení vývoje softwaru ve firmě

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na aplikaci vybraných prvků agilních metodik do procesů projektového řízení vývoje softwaru vybrané firmy. Práce je tvořena třemi kapitolami. V první části je zpracován teoretický podklad, který se ve svém úvodu zaměřuje na základy projektového řízení a postupně podrobněji popisuje agilní metodiky a jejich zástupce Scrum. Ve druhé části je představena vybraná firma společně s analýzou současného stavu projektového řízení a jsou popsány aktuální procesy, které ve firmě probíhají v rámci řízení projektů. Z výsledků analýzy jsou identifikovány oblasti, pro které je zpracováno řešení formou návrhu s využitím vybraných prvků agilních metodik.

Návrh projektu vytvoření nových webových stránek ve vybrané společnosti

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracovat komplexní návrh projektu na vytvoření nových webových stránek na míru konkrétní společnosti, a tím vyřešit potřebu aktualizovaných a strategicky navržených webových stránek, které budou v souladu s cíli a záměry vybrané společnosti. Metodika výzkumu použitá v této práci zahrnuje důkladnou analýzu současné situace společnosti. Analýza slouží jako základ pro identifikaci klíčových problémů a příležitostí, které musí společnost vzít v potaz. Návrh projektu obsahuje podrobný rozsah, cíle, výstupy, časový harmonogram a rozpočet projektu tvorby webových stránek.

The diploma thesis is focused on the utilization and implementation of relevant project management tools within a project based on the design and production of a display unit for an indoor, smart-home system. The thesis consists of three main parts. The theoretical part represents a comprehensive description of project management tools and the methods used for implementation. The analytical part is focused on processing the primary (interview) and secondary data (internal documents and financial statements) provided by the firm that facilitates the company’s current state evaluation. The design part is intended to develop a project management plan based on the findings of the analytical part.

The thesis consists of a theoretical part that explains terms, methods, and procedures. The second part describes a digital agency called Adbros, s.r.o. and analysis of its current state. The analytical part is connected to the solution part which draws on the analyses and methods used and provides a proposal for a project management solution applicable in the future.

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the current project management setting in the JONCERS company and the proposal for its efficiency and security improvement. The thesis includes detailed look at the general project management setting, which company use and detailed analysis of one chosen project. Analysis of the current state of the project is made by using own created analysis of the project and project team setting and by using the risk analysis. Subsequently, the thesis contains solution proposals, which goal is improvement of project management weaknesses and by it achieve higher security and efficiency.

Improving project management processes in a non-governmental, non-profit organization.

The thesis examines the challenges faced by an organization serving marginalized Roma people in attracting and retaining qualified project managers. The issues stem from low pay and the unique characteristics of the target group. As a result, the organization hires young, inexperienced graduates and provides them with project management training. However, ensuring a solid understanding of project management principles and their effective application poses challenges. The thesis aims to propose practical solutions and recommendations to address the identified problems through a comprehensive guide-like format. It analyzes the current situation, compares project management standards, and presents a case study to identify key issues. The thesis also explores the impact of the proposed solutions and their potential benefits for the organization. By enhancing project management practices and providing a supplementary knowledge source, the thesis seeks to support new hires in understanding the role and overcoming challenges in managing projects effectively.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of project management methods, tools and knowledge in planning a business conference for a selected non-profit organization AIESEC Brno. The thesis consists of three main parts. The first chapter explains the theoretical background of project management. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the current state of the organization and the background of the previous edition of the conference with a description of the problems that occurred. The last part of the thesis contains proposals of solutions and their benefits for the project and the organization in the long run.
