Batch control of the barman machine
Slavinský, Vojtěch ; Knobloch, Tomáš (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with research on Batch Control and ISA95 standard. It also deals with the supplied robot with the work name Barman. The thesis describes its real state in terms of hardware and software. Subsequently, the thesis describes the design of Barman control according to standards for Batch Control. The implementation of this proposal is the content of the second part of this work.
Control of Curalon cycle batcher
Jílek, Tomáš ; Hynčica, Ondřej (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The work deals with the controlling design of batching machine polyvinyl alcohol fibre, its integration into existing production technologies and the real implementation and verification of the machine functionality for which a design has been made. It also includes a design and implementation operator panel through which can be possible for production line supervising staff to set parameters and monitor the process. Firstly, there is described the default process of dosage, required conditions and restrictions for the newly established dosing machine. In the following part features of newly designed batcher are described, further it deals with the basic parameters and characteristics of selected components, which are important for the execution of its own proceedings. The next part of the work is concerned in detail with the implemented function of controlling algorithm and operator panel, which is provided through interaction with the staff supervising the production line. The last chapter provides the basic configured parameters of the controlled components.
Modbus / TCP interface for crossroad model control
Horký, Pavel ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Macho, Tomáš (advisor)
In this work you will find summary of information regarding the management of intersections. Furthermore, the types of industrial communications with specification and more detailed analysis for the Modbus TCP protocol. The second part is the creation of the final product. It addresses the issue of requirements for the device and the way in which they were resolved.
HW and SW for Ethernet-to-IEEE802.15.4 bridge
Růžička, Tomáš ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Fiedler, Petr (advisor)
The present work includes theoretical information about network protocols, Ethernet (TCP/IP) and IEEE 802.15.4.Work also includes design of the converter realiyed using the development kit RCM 3365 from the Rabbit Semiconductor company. The converter works with the UDP, which can be converted to packets of wireless standard, or from a wireless packet can create a UDP packet. The wireless part was replaced with a serial interface RS-232, after which the packets travel in wireless standard IEEE 802.15.4. To create and monitor data on the Ethernet and RS-232 three external programs are used.
Laboratory Model for Simulation of Control of Simple Technological Process
Raška, Marek ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the improvement of the physical simulator of basic dynamic systems and the selection of suitable technological process to demonstrate simulation, control and visualization in laboratory teachings with a sample laboratory task. The result is an improved simulator used in the simulating of technological process using the programming structure and visualization of ControlWeb 8 application and input/output peripheral Datalab IO/USB.
Mobile control system R360 to the suitcase
Balga, Ondřej ; Boček, Petr (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with design of mobile control system R360 to the suitcase. Mobile system R360 is complemented by temperature sensors, position sensor, speed sensor and step motor. Proposal should show options of mobile system R360.
Conversion of WinCC screens to manufacturing system COMES
Kárník, Jiří ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
Presented thesis describes visualization of industrial processes. It focuses especially on the conversion of visualized data between Siemens Simatic WinCC and XML format. Build-in script editor is used to do aforementioned operations. Conversion and implementation of the data to the MES system COMES is solved in the next section of the thesis. Thesis also contains analysis of both used industrial systems and solves graphic format selection, which will be used to display image data in system COMES
Demonstration task - Motor protection with MODBUS TCP
Berčík, Dominik ; Drahota, Petr (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The purpose of this bachelor work is to design and implement the demostration panel for laboratory task in which asynchronous motor failures will be simulated. These will be evaluated using the intelligent electronic device REF615, which communicates via ModBus/TCP, and compared with the values of the motor protection E1 plus 193-EECB and the Power Flex 525 AC. Both devices communicate by Ethernet/IP. A part of the work is an analysis of functionality of used components including their configuration and description of communication protocols ModBus/TCP and Ethernet/IP.
Hand-held terminal for HV tester
Coufal, Miroslav ; Macho, Tomáš (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design and manufacture of handheld terminal for high-voltage probe Spark 2030UL. There is described the design and manufacture of printed circuit boards of handheld terminal. There is described the creation of software for hand-held terminal too. In conclusion, this work is described and evaluated verification of the functionality of handheld terminal for high-voltage probe.
House alarm - hardware
Vlach, Jiří ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Fiedler, Petr (advisor)
This work deals with the design and realization of a modular security central unit's hardware positioned in familial houses. As an operating component of the central unit is used Module Rabbit 3365 with an integrated Ethernet interface. Based on user's requirements and general requirements for electronic security system, circuit diagrams of the central unit's motherboard and power supply with a function of backup power supply are designed. The work also includes layout of a keyboard and LCD display. Printed circuit boards are designed, produced and assembled. The device is set to work. The last part concerns programming of the module Rabbit 3365 in Dynamic C. Gradually, set of operating functions for individual components of the security central unit are implemented.
