Design of a robotic cell for a growth chamber in a container
Dobrovolná, Lucie ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Kočiš, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of a robotic system for a growth chamber installed in a shipping container. The thesis is divided into several parts, first dealing with the research, followed by the system analysis, from which the important variables for the second part of the thesis are obtained. In the second part, the conceptual options are discussed and then the most suitable one is selected by means of a multicriteria analysis. The third part deals with the design and its calculations, followed by risk analysis, economic evaluation, and discussion.
Advantages and disadvantages of clamping the workpiece with zero points
Jirků, Kateřina ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with a technical-economic analysis of whether the purchase of zero point clamping system is economical. It compares the advantages of the zero point system both to standard clamping devices and to each other. It also compares brands and their dealers to the Czech Republic. Finally, this technology is evaluated by calculating the return after the application of zero point clamping system on shop floors of Soma Ltd based in Lanškroun.
Construction and application of mobile robots suitable for industrial (production) use
Botek, Martin ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with the application and design of automated guided vehicle trolleys and autonomous mobile robots and the trends towards their use. In the first part, a system analysis of the implementation of robotization of the work environment using a mobile robot is carried out. The second part focuses on the history of robots, their definition, the classification of types of mobile robots and the analysis of the subsystems that make up a robot. The last part of the thesis focuses on the trends that occur in the design and application of new technologies for mobile robots.
Digital commissioning of the production system
Andriievskyi, Serhii ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the digital commissioning of a robotic manufacturing system for 3D printing of large-scale components. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the issues of virtual digital commissioning, followed by a specification of the research for the given robotic workplace. The practical part describes the research of the model task of the workplace. ABB RobotStudio was used for the implementation of digital commissioning, and the robotic workplace was commissioned.
Linear displacement systems in modern construction machine tools
Frýdl, Jan ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on linear motion systems in modern machine tools. It contains a research of known linear assemblies and their components, a systematic analysis of the issue of implementing linear assemblies in machine tools and recommendations for further development of linear motion systems.
Design of Model of a Walking Autonomous Mechanism and its Simulation of Movements in Difficult Terrain
Szabari, Mikuláš ; Jánoš,, Rudolf (referee) ; Bobovský,, Zdenko (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The first part of the work is devoted to the current state, which discusses the design and step cycles of legged mechanisms and also the resistant terrain. The following second part critically evaluates the current state and defines the solved problem. The third part sets specific goals and creates a work procedure. The solution of the work follows by fourth part, which realizes the morphological analysis of the structure of the legged mechanism and the analysis of the resistant terrain in which the mechanism moves. The fifth part is devoted to the creation of models of legged mechanisms, its initial test and the choice of a specific construction of a legged mechanism for resistant terrain. The following sixth part simulates the movement of the legged mechanism and deals with its optimization. The simulation is confirmed by the experiment performed in the seventh part. The end of the work is devoted to contributions, discussion of results and conclusion.
Design of belt grinder
Man, Lukáš ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This Master’s thesis concerns the construction of Belt Grinder. The research part deals with types of designs used in Belt Grinders, grinding technology and analysis of grinding/sanding belts which are used for grinding. With use of qualitative methods as Fault Tree Analysis and Quality Function Deployment, the whole topic is taken apart in more detail, so the topic of Belt Grinder is easier to understand. In the next part of the work, the necessary parameters are calculated and then the construction of a Belt grinder for flat surfaces and rounded grinding are modeled. This is followed by a risk assessment analysis, including forms for estimating and subsequently proposing measures to reduce these risks. Part of the work is also the technical and economic evaluation and estimated costs for the implementation of proposed structure.
Design of a kieselguhr filter body with vertical filter elements
Daněk, Jiří ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The main goal of this diploma thesis is to design a filter body FKS 600 with vertical filter elements for beer filtration. The first part of the thesis deals with the current state of the market, evaluates the various types of filtration and their manufacturers, including its development and historical perspective. The following part uses the system approach for filter body design. The practical part of this diploma thesis is devoted to the design of the filter body FKS 600, this design is based on calculations of the pressure vessel. Assembly drawings and selected production drawings are processed for the filter body, which are annotated. The last part presents block diagrams and cost estimates for the production of prototypes or series, everything ends with a conclusion and summary for practice.
Digital commissioning of a robotic production system for machine tool operators
Simandl, Tomáš ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with virtual commisioning of robotic production system for machine tools operators. This thesis is based on real workplace, which is located in the laboratory of the Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics at the BUT. The issues of virtual commisioning, data validation and workshop analysis are described in the teoretical part of the thesis. In the practical part of the thesis there is described creation of components in the RobotStudio, robotic programm, PLC program and also virtual commisioning itself.
Design of robotic wall tiler
Dostál, Patrik ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Kočiš, Petr (advisor)
The goal of this diploma thesis is the design of a new robotic wall tiler. The research part of the thesis consists of two parts. The first part encompasses basic principles of industrial robotics and of already designed robotic wall tilers. The second part describes the process of manual wall tiling. The information acquired from this research has been applied in the systemic analysis of the problem. From three proposed variants, one has been chosen for further design work. The thesis also includes a proposal of robot control and a description of robot’s work procedure. In the end, the robot, and the process of automation of wall tiling were economically analysed.
