Zda lze vnímat pandemii jako příležitost pro snížení genderové nerovnosti v podnikání bylo hlavní otázkou participativního workshopu, který jsme uspořádaly v Sociologickém ústavu 13. 3. 2024. Diskuze v rámci participativního workshopu byla zaměřena na bariéry, kterým čelí ženy podnikatelky, na nástroje, které mohou využívat pro jejich překonání, na zavedení ošetřovného pro podnikající a dostupnost a využitelnost dat členěných dle pohlaví. Tento policy brief zaznamenává názory relevantních stakeholderů v oblasti podnikání na téma odstraňování genderových nerovností v podnikatelském prostředí, které v rámci workshopu zazněly.

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of data governance. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current state of data governance in the selected company and to implement a data governance system that will lead to an improvement of the current situation. The current state of the company is analysed using Gap Analysis and Maturity Assessment and based on their results, the implementation of a data governance system is proposed that reflects the specific requirements of the company and is in line with best practices.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the information system used by an unnamed state institution for the collection of data from obliged subjects. Within the thesis, the basic theoretical concepts are described, followed by an analytical part, where the state of the institution and the information system is assessed through appropriate analyses. The last part of the thesis is based on the results of the analyses and deals with suggestions for changes that would improve the current state of the information system and increase its efficiency.

The goal of my bachelor thesis is to design a part of the information system for AMD-M drugstore. In order to accomplish this task, we will first familiarize ourselves with the theoretical knowledge necessary for our work. Additionally, we will conduct an analysis of the current state of the company, utilizing multiple analyses for this purpose. In the final third part, we will focus on the specific design of the system, leveraging the previous analyses. Finally, we will evaluate the economic aspect of the system and its positive aspects in the last section.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výběrem a implementací informačního systému pro nejmenovanou společnost, která se věnuje publikováním zpráv a nabízením reklamní plochy na svém webovém portálu. Pro pochopení dané problematiky jsou nejdříve představena teoretická východiska. Dále je řešena problematika současného stavu Společnosti s využitím příslušných analýz. Na základě získaných výsledků je navrhnuta změna, která zahrnuje implementaci informačního systému vyvinutého na míru.

Bakalářská práce se soustředí na výběr a aplikaci vhodných nástrojů Business Intelligence prostřednictvím Microsoft Power BI Desktop. Práce obsahuje teoretický úvod, který definuje klíčové termíny nezbytné k pochopení následujících částí práce. Poté následuje sekce pro analýzu současného stavu společnosti. Závěrečná část je zaměřena na zpracování dat pomocí nástrojů BI a prezentaci výsledků ve formě vizualizačních reportů, které mají podpořit strategické rozhodování firmy.

Aplikace pro vyhledávání spojů v systému MHD s využitím strojového učení

S rostoucím počtem obyvatel měst dochází ke zvyšování počtu automobilů i dalších dopravních prostředků v ulicích, což vede k dopravním komplikacím způsobujím zpožďování vozidel městské hromadné dopravy. Uživatelé plánující svou cestu hromadnou dopravou potřebují jednoduše vyhledat tu nejrychlejší trasu. Toto ovšem komplikují zpoždění spojů, která mohou mnohdy způsobit zmeškání přestupu či jiné problémy. Záměrem této práce je do vyhledávání spojů zapojit strojové učení tak, aby byl při hledání trasy brán ohled na možná zpoždění spojů. Aplikace má za cíl zkrátit dobu, kterou cestující tráví na trase, vyhledáváním spolehlivějších tras v systému hromadné dopravy.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the current state of the use of Business Intelligence tools in a selected company operating in the transport and logistics sector. Based on the theoretical background and the identified room for improvement, a proposal is formulated for the implementation and integration of Microsoft Power BI into the company's internal processes, in order to streamline decision-making processes.
