Abstrakt: Processes and process modelling have proven themselves as a useful technique for capturing the work practice in business. We focus on their usage in the domain of healthcare and define two main types of processes in medicine – medical guidelines and organizational processes. Based on these types we present the architecture of a multi-agent system that is able to work with them and describe application of this multi-agent system as a critiquing decision support system for healthcare specialists.
