Práce se snaží vysvětlit proč pizzerie účtují poplatek za krabici pizzu, zatímco kavárny neúčtují poplatek za kelímek na kávu. Hypotéza tvrdí, že si pizzerie účtují poplatek, aby kompenzovali ušlý zisk z prodeje komplementů při návštěvě pizzerie. Ověřování hlavní hypotézy bylo provedeno pomocí systému pomocných hypotéz (kavárny neúčtují poplatek, protože nemusí kompenzovat ušlý zisk -- míra kompenzace závisí na ceně souvisejících produktů -- se zvyšující se obsazeností cena krabice klesá -- dovážkové služby neúčtují poplatek za obal na pizzu), kdy empirická data shromážděná na trhu potvrzovala nebo vyvracela jednotlivé pomocné hypotézy a na základě jejich výsledku se ověřovala hlavní hypotéza. 2 hypotézy byly shledány jako nezamítnuté, jedna se nepotvrdila a jedna potvrdila. Proto nezamítáme hlavní hypotézu o kompenzování ušlého zisku pizzeriemi. The paper tries to explain why pizzerias charge a fee for the pizza box, while the fee for coffee cup in cafeteria is not required. The hypothesis argues that the pizzeria charge a fee to recoup lost profits from sales of complements when visiting a pizzeria. Verification of the main hypothesis was performed using a system of auxiliary hypotheses (cafeteria not charge a fee because they do not compensate for loss profits - the level of compensation depends on the price of related products - with increasing occupancy price of boxes fall - return service fee charged by a container for pizza), which the empirical data collected in the market confirmed or disproved, and on the basis of auxiliary hypotheses verify the main hypothesis. 2 hypotheses were do not reject, one unconfirmed and one confirmed. Therefore, we do not reject the main hypothesis of compensating loss profits of pizzerias.
