Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje průběh sálových prodejních akcí a porovnává odchylky prezentovaných fakt od skutečnosti. Dále, na základě provedeného dotazování a pozorování, zkoumá názory a zkušenosti spotřebitelů s akcemi tohoto typu. Součástí práce je také výčet způsobů, kterými se mohou návštěvníci akcí bránit v případě porušení některého z práv spotřebitelů. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím sebraných a zpracovaných dat poskytnout podklady pro predikci budoucího vývoje sálových prodejních akcí. This thesis analyzes the course of indoor sales events and compares the deviations between facts presented and the truth. The thesis also researches views and experiences of consumers by the virtue of interrogation and observation. The list of ways in which visitors can defend against violation of the rights of consumers is another part of this thesis. The aim of the thesis is to provide basis for predicting future development of indoor sales events through data collected and processed.
