Obsahom mojej bakalárskej práce je detailná analýza súčasného stavu projektového manažmentu v IT firme s cieľom identifikovať slabé stránky a následné navrhnutie zmien na zlepšenie úrovne riadenia projektov. V prvej časti bakalárskej práce je oboznámenie s teoretickou časťou práce. Ďalšia časť sa zaoberá podrobnou analýzou aktuálneho vývoja projektov. Na túto časť nadväzuje posledná kapitola, ktorá sa skladá z návrhov vlastných riešení pre zlepšenie vývoja projektov vo firme. The content of my bachelor thesis is a detailed analysis of the current state of project management in an IT company in order to identify weaknesses and then propose changes to improve the level of project management. The first part of the bachelor thesis is an introduction to the theoretical part of the thesis. The next part deals with a detailed analysis of the current development of projects. This part is followed by the last chapter, which consists of proposing custom solutions to improve the development of projects in the company.
