V tejto práci som sa zameral na navrhovanie obytného domu so zamyslením sa nad dnešným spôsobom výstavby a (ne)použitím technológií. Hmota budovy vychádza z technológie použitej v koncepte a diktuje tak celkový architektonický výraz. Koncept je založený na fyzikálnych termoakumulačných vlastnostiach materiálu a na jeho šetrení pričom sa kombinuje s konceptom komínového efektu prevetrávania budov. Byty sú navrhnuté s ohľadom na variabilnosť ich využitia a spojenie s exteriérovými priestormi. Súčasťou návrhu je urbanistické riešenie voľnej parcely, ktorého konceptom je umiestnenie budov v nadväznosti na hlavnú komunikáciu a existujúcu zástavbu. Navrhnutý koncept zohľadňuje zvýšenie hustoty obytných jednotiek v meste, pričom sa rešpektujú faktory ako veľkosť bývania, oslunenie, energetická efektívnosť, obmedzenie áut a diverzifikácia funkcií. V južnej časti sa nachádza lineárny verejný park, ktorý zabezpečuje prechos medzi novými a pôvodnými objektmi a napája sa na existujúci park východne od parcely, poskytujúc plynulú rekreačnú sieť. Cieľom bolo vytvoriť nielen príjemné bývanie ale aj priestor pre živú komunitu tvoriacu to najdôležitejšie pre atmosféru miesta. In this thesis, I focused on the design of a residential house with a reflection on today's way of construction and the (mis)use of technology. The mass of the building is based on the technology used in the concept and thus dictates the overall architectural expression. The concept is based on the physical thermo-accumulation properties of the material and its conservation while combining it with the concept of the chimney effect of building ventilation. The flats are designed with regard to the variability of their use and the connection with the exterior spaces. The urban design of the vacant plot is part of the design, the concept of which is the location of the buildings in relation to the main road and the existing development. The proposed concept takes into account the increase in the density of residential units in the city, while respecting factors such as the size of housing, glare, energy efficiency, car limitation and diversification of functions. A linear public park is located in the southern portion of the site, providing a transition between the new and original buildings and connecting to the existing park to the east of the parcel, providing a continuous recreational network. The aim was to create not only a pleasant living space but also a space for a vibrant community forming what is most important to the atmosphere of the place.
