Moderní technologie skrývají obrovský potenciál, který může navždy změnit způsob, jakým personalisté vykonávají svou práci. O tom, že umělá inteligence bude hrát klíčovou roli v tomto vývoji, nemůže být pochyb. Tato práce se zabývá výzkumem možností využití umělé inteligence v oblasti human resources prováděným formou internetového dotazníku a kvalitativního rozhovoru s personalistkou z české pobočky mezinárodní korporátní firmy. Tyto data jsou následně zpracovány statistickými metodami testování hypotéz a SWOT analýzou. Výstup práce sloužit jako cenné vodítko pro organizace uvažující o implementaci těchto nástrojů. Modern technology holds great potential to change the way HR professionals do their jobs. There can be no doubt that artificial intelligence will play a key role in this development. The thesis focuses on research of the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the field of human resources, conducted in the form of an online questionnaire and a qualitative interview with HR manager from the Czech branch of an international corporate company. These data are processed by statistical methods of hypothesis testing and SWOT analysis. The output of this thesis can serve as a valuable guideline for organizations considering the implementation of these tools.
