Bakalářská práce bude zaměřena na organizační struktury a využívání informačních technologií ve středních a velkých podnicích podnikající v potravinářském průmyslu v České republice. Bude se orientovat na zjištění užívaných organizačních struktur, navrhnutí optimální struktury, na zjištění druhů užívaných informačních systémů a volba informačních prostředků vhodných i pro jiné společnosti. This Bachelor work will focus on organizational structures and use of information technology in medium and large business enterprises in the food industry in the Czech Republic. It will focus on the organizational structures currently used, suggesting optimal structures, identifying types of information systems and the choice of appropriate information resources which can be used in other companies.
