Předmětem této diplomate práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby Polyfunkčního domu v ulici Milady Horákové. Objekt je navržen v Brně – Zábrdovice spolu s připojením na infrastrukturu. Jedná se o čtyřpodlažní objekt s jedním podzemním podlažím, objekt plní funkci administrativní, stravovací a bydlení. Vstup do budovy je přes ulici Milady Horákové s tím že každá funkční část má svůj samostatný vchod. Ze zadní části objektu z ulice Příkop je příjezd do podzemního parkování spolu se vstupem pro zaměstnance, zásobování a vstupem do technické místnosti. V přízemí se nachází restaurace s kuchyní a veškerým vybavením, recepce administrativy spolu se zázemím pro zaměstnance recepce a vchod do bytové části objektu. V druhém a třetím patře se nachází administrativní část budova a v posledním patře se nachází čtyři byty s terasou. Pro objekt bylo navržené veškeré technické zázemí od parkování po vytápění. Budova je postavená na železobetonovým skeletu s monolitickými stropy. Střešní konstrukce je z pochozí zelené střechy. The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional house in Milady Horáková Street. The building is designed in Brno - Zábrdovice together with the connection to the infrastructure. It is a four-storey building with one underground floor, the building serves as an administrative, catering and housing function. The entrance to the building is via Milady Horákové Street with each functional part having its own separate entrance. From the rear of the building from Příkop Street there is access to the underground parking together with the entrance for employees, supplies and the entrance to the technical room. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with a kitchen and all equipment, the reception of the administration together with facilities for the reception staff and the entrance to the residential part of the building. On the second and third floor there is the administrative part of the building and on the top floor there are four apartments with a terrace. All technical facilities from parking to heating have been designed for the object. The building is built on a reinforced concrete frame with monolithic ceilings. The roof structure is of a pitched green roof.
