Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je vypracovanie stavebne technologického projektu realizácie viacpodlažného parkovacieho domu v ZOO Ostrava. Obsahom tejto práce je technická správa, koordinačná situácia so širšími dopravnými vzťahmi, časový a finančný plán objektu, štúdia realizácie hlavných technologických etáp, riešenie projektu zariadenia staveniska vrátane výkresovej časti, návrh hlavných stavebných strojov a mechanizmov, technologický predpis pre pažiacu pilotovaciu stenu a základovú železobetónovú patku, kontrólny a skúšobný plán pre realizáciu pažiacej pilotovacej steny, položkový rozpočet pažiacej pilotovacej steny a hrubej stavby, časový a finančný plán hrubej stavby, certifikát LEED, plán BOZP a hluková štúdia počas realizácie pažicej pilotovacej steny.
