Diplomová práce analyzuje faktory ovlivňující plynulost dodavatelských řetězců v českých a moldavských stavebních firmách, se zaměřením na dodavatelský řetězec betonových směsí. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny klíčové pojmy v logistice, dodavatelských řetězcích a marketingovém výzkumu. Praktická část zkoumá vztahy a procesy mezi dodavatelem a objednavatelem betonových směsí v obou zemích. Na základě výsledků byla navržena doporučení pro zlepšení v oblasti výroby a distribuce, a vytvořeno hodnotící kritérium pro dodavatele. The master’s thesis analyses the factors influencing the continuity of supply chains in Czech and Moldovan construction companies, focusing on the supply chain of concrete mixes. The theoretical part explains key concepts in logistics, supply chains and marketing research. The practical part examines the relationships and processes between supplier and client of ready-mixed concrete in both countries. Based on the results, recommendations for improvements in production and distribution are proposed, and an evaluation criterion for suppliers is developed.
