Cílem této diplomové práce je koncept obnovy zámku ve Zdislavicích a jeho nové využití jako literárního hotelu se zaměřením na osobnost významné rakouské spisovatelky Marie Ebner-Eschenbach, rozené Dubské. Mým cílem bylo najít zámečku takové využití, které by jej oživilo a mohl tak být zachován pro další generace. Díky osobnosti spisovatelky jsem se rozhodla zámek spojit s literaturou. Navrhla jsem tak hotel, který je určen pro literární nadšence, jazykovědce, copywritery a odbornou veřejnost. Ale také pro návštěvníky, kteří se zajímají o osobu Marie Ebner-Eschenbach. V objektu je tak hotel a další přidružené provozy. Těmi je restaurace, literární kavárna s přidruženým muzeem o spisovatelce, kaple, společenské sály s možným využitím pro konference a knihovna (celkem tři knihovny). Součástí celého areálu je také zámecký park. Ten je koncipován jako anglický park, ale ve směru osy zámku je tato sekce upravena jako francouzská zahrada. Hrobka Dubských je od zámku vzdálena jen pár desítek metrů a je zpřístupněna přes schodiště. V situaci je ideové napojení hrobky na areál zámeckého parku. The task of this thesis is the concept of restoration of the castle Zdislavice and its new use as a literary hotel, focusing on the personality of a prominent Austrian writer Marie Ebner-Eschenbach, née Dubská. My goal was to find use, which could be revived and could thus be preserved for future generations. Thanks to the personality of the writer, I decided to create site devoted to literature. I designed hotel for literary enthusiasts, linguists, copywriters and professionals. But also for visitors who are interested in the person of Marie Ebner-Eschenbach. There is also a restaurant, a literary cafe with an associated museum of the writer, chapel, banquet halls with potential uses for conference and library (three libraries). Part of the area is used as a park. It is designed as an English park, but part of the area closest to the castle is designed as a French garden. The tomb of Marie Ebner-Eschenbach is near the castle and is accessible via a staircase. Connection between tomb and castle is shown in the situration plan.
