Cílem diplomové práce je identifikace a systematizace procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců na pracovní místo mechanik strojů ve výrobě. Pozornost je v diplomové práci zaměřena na obecná východiska v oblasti obsazování pracovních míst, získávání zaměstnanců a výběru zaměstnanců. Následně je charakterizováno pracovní místo mechanik strojů ve výrobě a jeho obecné kompetence a charakterizována specifika získávání a výběru mechaniků výrobních strojů, která navazují na teoretická východiska získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, ale zároveň odrážejí specifika pracovního místa mechanika strojů ve výrobě. Empirické šetření bylo realizováno v organizaci LEGO Production, s. r. o., a to analýzou dokumentace organizace k procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a následnými polostrukturovanými rozhovory s informanty, jimiž byli nadřízení pracovníci, kteří obsazují pracovní místo mechanik strojů do svých týmů. Sledovány byly oblasti procesu získávání zaměstnanců, metody získávání zaměstnanců, proces výběru zaměstnanců a metody výběru zaměstnanců na pracovní místo mechanik strojů. Výsledky empirického šetření jsou porovnány s teoretickými východisky, dostupnými studiemi a vytvořeným modelem procesu získávání a výběru mechaniků strojů. The aim of the thesis is to identify and systematize the process of recruiting and selecting employees for the position of machine mechanic in production. Attention is focused on general starting points in the field of filling jobs process, recruitment and selection of employees. Subsequently, the job position of a machine mechanic in production and its general competencies are defined. Then, the specifics of recruiting and selecting production machine mechanics are characterized, which are based on the starting points of recruiting and selecting employees, but at the same time reflect the specifics of the position of machine mechanics in production. The empirical investigation was conducted in the organization LEGO Production, s. r. o., and was implemented by analyzing the organization's documentation on the process of recruiting and selecting employees and subsequent semi-structured interviews with informants. The informants of the empirical investigation were superior workers who fill the job of machine mechanic to their teams.
