Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rozpoznávání dětských svědků domácího násilí školními psychology a jejich následnou práci s těmito dětmi. Teoretická část práce představuje vybrané aspekty problematiky domácího násilí, konkrétně jsou představeny faktory ovlivňující vznik domácího násilí, formy domácího násilí a cyklus domácího násilí. Dále představuje perspektivu dětského svědka domácího násilí a vliv tohoto svědectví na jeho vývoj od období prenatálního po školní věk. Poslední kapitola popisuje pozici školního psychologa, jeho spolupráci se školským poradenským zařízením a dalšími institucemi a komunikaci a následnou práci s dětským svědkem domácího násilí. Empirická část přináší návrh kvalitativního výzkumu, který by probíhal formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s 6-15 respondenty z řad školních psychologů. V rámci rozhovorů budou zkoumány osobní zkušenosti s řešením domácího násilí u studentů ve školním prostředí, identifikace svědků domácího násilí ve škole, postupy při řešení domácího násilí, pocit připravenosti školních psychologů a vnímaná podpora ze strany pracovníků školského poradenského systému. Pro analýzu dat byla vybrána tematická analýza, která bude provedena na základě šestibodové metody Braun a Clarkové. Práce by měla přinést vhled do zatím příliš nepopsané problematiky... The presented bachelor thesis focuses on the recognition of child witnesses of domestic violence by school psychologists and their later work with these children. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces selected aspects of domestic violence, specifically the factors influencing the occurrence of domestic violence, forms of domestic violence and the cycle of domestic violence. It also presents the perspective of the child witness of domestic violence and the impact of this witness on their development from the prenatal period to school age. The last chapter describes the position of the school psychologist, his/her collaboration with the school counseling center and other institutions, and the communication and follow-up work with the child witness of domestic violence. The empirical part presents a proposal for qualitative research, which would take the form of semi-structured interviews with 6-15 respondents from school psychologists. The interviews will explore students' personal experiences of dealing with domestic violence in the school setting, identification of witnesses of domestic violence in school, procedures for dealing with domestic violence, school psychologists' sense of preparedness, and perceived support from school counseling staff.
