Název: Vliv fyzioterapeutické intervence na změnu svalového objemu stehna po operaci LCA Cíle: Cílem práce je vyhodnotit vliv nově navržené cílené fyzioterapeutické intervence u pacientů po operaci předního zkříženého vazu ve vztahu ke svalovému objemu stehna. Metody: Výzkumu se zúčastnilo dvacet probandů. Kritéria pro výběr probandů byla stanovena takto: věk, první operace na dolních končetinách a operační přístup bone tendon bone (BTB). Probandi byli náhodně rozděleni do dvou skupin po deseti - výzkumné a kontrolní. Výzkumná skupina absolvovala osm individuálních fyzioterapií, kdy jedna trvala 45 min. V 10. pooperačním týdnu probandům přibyla přístrojová rehabilitace - Imoove. Celkově tato skupina absolvovala devět fyzioterapií během 9. týdnů. Kontrolní skupina měla pouze skupinové cvičení dvakrát týdně v délce 30 minut. Celkem tato skupina absolvovala osm skupinových lekcí po dobu 4. týdnů. Kromě individuální a skupinové terapie probandi absolvovali pětkrát skupinové cvičení v bazénu, šestkrát magnetoterapii na kolenní kloub a šestkrát laseroterapii na jizvu. Pro vyhodnocení efektu aplikované terapie byly použity tyto postupy: pro měření svalového objemu stehna byl zvolen ruční skener Academia50; jako doplňkové hodnocení byla zvolená diagnostická muskuloskeletální ultrasonografie a... Title: The effect of physiotherapeutic intervention on the change in thigh muscle volume after LCA surgery Objectives: The aim of this work is to evaluate the effect of targeted physiotherapy intervention in patients after anterior cruciate ligament surgery in relation to thigh muscle volume. Methods: Twenty probands participated in the research. The criteria for the selection of the probands were determined as follows: age, first surgery on the lower limbs and bone tendon bone (BTB) surgical approach. Probands were randomly divided into two groups of ten - research and control. The research group completed eight individual physiotherapy sessions, one of which lasted 45 minutes. In the 10th postoperative week, the probands were given additional device rehabilitation - Imoove. In total, this group completed nine physical therapy sessions over 9 weeks. The control group only had group exercise twice a week for 30 minutes. In total, this group completed eight group sessions over a period of 4 weeks. In addition to individual and group therapy, the probands underwent group exercise in the pool five times, magnetotherapy for the knee joint six times, and laser therapy for the scar six times.
