V tejto práci navrhujem spôsob rekonštrukcie poškodených odtlačkov s využitím genera- tývnych protichodných sieti (GAN), implementovaných s Pythonom a knižnicou PyThorch. Vytrénoval som špecifický GAN model na približne dvadsaťtisícovom datasete, vytvorenom nástrojom Anguli a ďalšími nástrojmi na simuláciu poškodenia. Tento prístup produkoval vynikajúce výsledky a mohol by mať široké uplatnenie v biometrických systémoch. Táto práca zvýrazňuje potenciál hlbokého učenia v oblastiach rekonštrukcie obrazu a biometrie. In this paper, I propose a method for reconstructing damaged fingerprints using generative adversarial networks (GANs), implemented with Python and the PyThorch library. I have trained a specific GAN model on a dataset of approximately twenty thousand prints, created with Anguli and other damage simulation tools. This approach produced excellent results and could have wide application in biometric systems. This work highlights the potential of deep learning in the fields of image reconstruction and biometrics.
