Tato bakalářská práce představuje nově uznanou diagnózu poruchy kompulzivního sexuálního chování (Compulsive Sexual Behavior Disorder) a mapuje dostupné zahraniční on-line intervence zaměřené na ni. V teoretické části práce je popsána samotná porucha včetně její etiologie, prevalence, diagnostiky dle MKN-11 a možností léčby, a zároveň je vysvětlen koncept on-line intervencí a jejich typy. Druhá část je systematicky přehledová a přináší podrobné informace o existujících on-line intervenčních programech a dostupná data o jejich efektivitě. Třetí, empirická část představuje návrh kvantitativního výzkumu efektivity české verze maďarsko-švýcarského programu Hands-off, který by měl prohloubit současné poznatky o efektivitě nízkoprahových on-line intervenčních programů pro osoby s poruchou kompulzivního sexuálního chování a přinést první data založená na české klinické populaci. Na základě všech poznatků jsou na konci práce představena doporučení pro implementaci obdobného intervenčního programu v českém prostředí. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the disorder itself, including its aetiology, prevalence, ICD-11 diagnostic criteria and treatment options, and explains the concept of online interventions and their types. The second part is a systematic review which provides detailed information on existing online intervention programmes and available data on their effectiveness. The third, empirical part presents a proposal for a quantitative study on the effectiveness of the Czech version of the Hungarian-Swiss programme Hands-off, which should enhance the current knowledge on the effectiveness of low-threshold online intervention programmes for people with Compulsive Sexual Behaviour Disorder and provide first data based on clinical population from the Czech Republic. Based on all findings, the thesis presents recommendations for the implementation of a similar intervention programme in the Czech environment.
