Bakalárska práca hodnotí výkonnosť podniku centra zdieľaných služieb na základe vybraných skúmaných globálnych trendov relevantných pre dané odvetvie, kľúčových ukazovateľov výkonnosti a metódy Balanced Scorecard, čím správu o výkonnosti podniku rozširuje o nefinančné ukazovatele. V závere uvádza návrhy na zlepšenie, podporujúc budúcu výkonnosť spoločnosti. The bachelor thesis evaluates a shared services center corporate performance based on selected researched global trends relevant to its sector, key performance measurements and the Balanced Scorecard method, expanding the company's performance report with non-financial indicators. It concludes with suggestions for improvement that support future company performance.
