Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá optimalizáciou procesu tvrdého sústruženia pre cementovaný diel. V prvej časti je uvedená štúdia vybraného rezného procesu. V druhej časti sa práca venuje návrhu a testovaniu nových rezných podmienok v danom výrobnom závode. Trvanlivosť rezných hrán je sledovaná na základe vývoja meranej drsnosti na obrobených kusoch. Na základe experimentálnych výsledkov bola vybraná najlepšia alternatíva reznej doštičky, ktorej pracovné podmienky boli ďalej zoptimalizované. V tretej časti boli pre každú alternatívu rezných podmienok vypočítané výrobné náklady na operačný úsek. Pre nájdenú doštičku s najlepšími výsledkami boli vypočítané možné úspory na základe počtu obrobených kusov za rok. This final thesis is aimed at optimalisation of hard turning process of cemented workpiece. First part is focused on the study of factors of hard turning. In the second part the work deals with the proposal and conduction of experiments of new cutting parameters in chosen factory. The durability of cutting edges is monitored. This monitoring is based on the evolution of roughness of machined workpieces. Based on the data evaluation, the best cutting edge is selected and used for final optimalisation experiments. Production cost of operational section is calculated for each alternative of cutting parameters in the third part of the thesis. Possible savings were calculated based on the number of machined pieces per year for the cutting edge that was found to have the best results.
