Obsahom bakalárskej práce je využitie nástrojov projektového managementu pri aktualizácii podnikového informačného systému. Práca sa skladá z troch častí. Prvá časť opisuje teoretické východiská práce nevyhnutné pre následné spracovanie projektu. Druhá časť obsahuje spracovanú vlastnú analýzu technického riešenia, ktorá je zameraná na technickú špecifikáciu daného riešenia. V tretej časti je vytvorený konkrétny plán projektu s využitím nástrojov a metód projektového managementu. The content of the bachelor thesis is the use of project management methods in the upgrade of the enterprise information system. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part describes the theoretical background of the thesis necessary for the subsequent processing of the project. The second part contains the own analysis of the technical solution, which is focused on the technical specification of the solution. In the third part, a concrete project plan is developed by using project management tools and methods.
