Název: Srovnání fyzické zdatnosti žáků na malotřídních školách v ZŠ Benecko a ZŠ Štěpanice, ZŠ Moravec a ZŠ Vraňany Cíl práce: Cílem této práce je porovnat tělesnou zdatnost žáků prvního stupně na vybraných malotřídních školách v různých regionech ČR. Porovnat jejich výkony s populační normou podle testu UNIFITTEST (6-60). Metoda: Pro výzkum byl použit standardizovaný test UNIFITTEST (6-60), který slouží k posouzení rozvoje základních pohybových schopností. Byly vybrány čtyři disciplíny pro danou věkovou kategorii. Celkem bylo testováno 115 žáků ve čtyřech malotřídních školách. Pro analýzu dat byla použita analýza četnosti v programu Microsoft Excel 2016. Výsledky: Z výsledků vyšlo, že se tyto vybrané testované školy v celkovém hodnocení všech disciplín desetibodovou normou testu UNIFITTEST (6-60) pohybují v průměru, a to v rozmezí od 5 do 6,5 bodu na žáka. Po sečtení, vyhodnocení a porovnání všech testovaných disciplín každé školy dopadla nejlépe ZŠ Benecko s 6,5 body v průměru na žáka. Druhá byla ZŠ Štěpanice s 6 body v průměru na žáka. Za ní s minimálním rozdílem byla ZŠ Vraňany s 5,8 body v průměru na žáka a poslední byla ZŠ Moravec s 5 body v průměru na žáka. Zjistili jsme, že mezi školami nebyly věcně významné rozdíly a školy byly vyrovnané. Výzkumem se také potvrdilo, že na rozvoj všech... Title: Comparison of the physical fitness of pupils in small-class schools in Benecko Elementary School, Štěpanice Elementary School, Moravec Elementary School and Vraňany Elementary School Goal of this project: The goal of this study is to compare the physical fitness of first-grade pupils in selected small-class schools in various regions in the Czech Republic and to compare their performance with the population norm in accordance with the UNIFITTEST (6-60). Method: The UNIFITTEST (6-60) standardized test has been used for the research, which serves for the assessment of the development of basic motoric skills. In total, 115 pupils have been tested in four (4) small-class elementary schools. Frequency analysis in Microsoft Excel 2016 has been used for the data analysis. Findings: The results have shown that the selected schools are on average in the overall evaluation of all disciplines according to the ten-point norm of the UNIFITTEST test (6-60) ranging from 5 to 6.5 points per pupil. After summing up, evaluating, and comparing all the tested disciplines in each of the schools, Elementary school Benecko reached the best score with an average of 6.5 points per pupil.
