První část práce je věnována vypracování současného stavu poznání v oblasti hodnocení textury povrchu profilovou metodou. Další částí je analýza problému a návrh řešení pro vyhodnocování textury povrchu s uvažováním nejistot měření v souladu se systémem ISO GPS. Pro návrh bylo provedeno demonstrační měření a vyhodnocení daného vzorku. Měření bylo realizováno za pomoci kontaktního profilometru a následně byly vypočítány profilové parametry v softwaru TalyProfile Lite. Pro vypočítané geometrické parametry byly zvoleny tři různé specifikace pro nastínění všech možností, které mohou při určování shody se specifikací nastat. Návrh s uvažováním nejistot byl dále porovnán s metodikou vyhodnocování podle ČSN EN 4288 a byly vyvozeny závěry a doporučení. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the development of the current state of knowledge in the field of surface texture assessment using the profile method. The next part is the analysis of the problem and the proposal of a solution for the evaluation of surface texture with the consideration of measurement uncertainties in accordance with the ISO GPS system. Proposal of measurement and evaluation of the given sample was carried out for the demonstration. The measurement was started using a contact profilometer and then the profile parameters were calculated in the TalyProfile Lite software. Three different specifications were chosen for the calculated geometric parameters to outline all the possibilities that can arise when determining compliance with the specification. The proposal with consideration of uncertainties was compared with the evaluation method according to ČSN EN 4288 and from that were deducated conclusions and recommendations.
